Sauber, preiswert, zentrale Lage
Nahe am Airport und ein Einkaufszentrum ist gut erreichbar mit den dort üblichen Fahrzeugen.

In dem Hotel kann man beruhigt essen gehen, ohne daß die Preise der Speisekarte schon vorher den Appetit verderben. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und es ist alles sauber und das Essen gut.
Das Frühstück war incl. und aber kein Buffet, trotzdem ok.
Unser Zimmer war wirklich klein. Im Badezimmer fand ich keine Steckdose für den Rasierer. Ein guter TV ist vorhanden und das Klimagerät läßt sich gut regeln und ist ziemlich leise.
Die 2 Betten waren sehr gut.
Als Urlaub für 2 Personen nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen, weil etwas eng, aber für kurze Aufenthalte durchaus eine sehr gute Adresse. Es gibt auch einen Pool und eine Dachterasse (noch nicht ganz fertig), aber in Kürze. Am Pool kann man gemütlich eine Dose Redhorse trinken. Der nette Kellner serviert sie Ihnen gerne.
Sightseeingempfehlung:
Tagbilaran ist nicht so berauschend, aber als Ausgangspunkt für Bohol und auch Panglao und Flugverbindung nach Manila sehr geeignet.

Reiseempfehlung:
Das Hotel liegt leider mitten an im Zentrum von Tagbilaran. Dafuer zentral am Flughafen.

Schönes neues Hotel mitten in der Stadt

Ein toller Aufendhalt in einem neuem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Klimaanlage war sehr leise. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Leider ist das Essen etwas teurer und das Hotel, da neu, nicht gut zu finden, zudem gibt es auch noch kein Schild an der Strasse. Aber wenn man vorher Anruft beim Hotel wird man direkt beim Hafen abgeholt und zum Hotel gebracht. Tel 09179107612
Sightseeingempfehlung:
Macht eine Tour mit dem Taxi zu dem Tops von Bohol ca 2000 Piso für einen Tagestrip. Tarsier un Shocolat Hils diverse alte Kirchen. Oder andere Tour zu den Delfinaussichtspunkt und den Virgin Island zum Schnorcheln. ca 1500 piso fürs Boot.

Great place to rest after 3 days Panglao & Bohol adventure and fun. Booked the place for its proximity to the airport coz we had an early flight the next day. Thumbs up for the price, you definitely get what you pay for. Left the Agoda booking voucher in Manila but they still allowed me to check-in. Thought we were gonna miss our flight coz we thought it was going to be at a later time, the hotel provided free vehicle service to the aport and mwe made the flight! Thanks for saving us some hassle. Much appreciated!

there were ants in the room,no shower curtain , floor got very wet, wifi did not work in our room only in reception,breakfast menu was not available!only the complimentary one. lots of staff there doing absolutely nothing when there lots of things that needed doing.eat there in the evening food was served cold!. water in the swimming pool was opaque and did not look inviting.

My first stop was Bohol. I had very limited time so I booked a half day tour for the first afternoon and then a full day tour for he next day. The hotel offered free airport pick up and drop off services so I let them know about my flight arrival I even confirmed it again 2 days before. Inspite of the fact I had nobody waiting for me at the airport. I was coming from China so I had been traveling for 12 hours by then. They did not call me on my contact number so I called them. They said the driver is on his way. I had to wait for another 50 minutes and then it turned out that the hotel was 5 minutes drive away from the airport. When we arrived they did not even apologize but acted like nothing happened. The room was OK for its price but I had ants in there. I went down for my first tour which I arranged via the hotel. I was expecting a group but I was the only one in the van. But then came the suprise when at the entrance of the Mag-Aso falls I had to pay for my ticket. So apparently for Arabelle Suites the word 'tour' only means the transportation. I have never experienced such thing before. Nobody informed me about this from Arabelle Suites and I had to pay for all my tickets the next day and even for the parking! But there is more! I had to check out earlier than I had planned. Instead of the second morning I checked out the evening before. I had 2 breakfasts included with my 2 nights so before my full day trip I asked if I could have something for take away in the evening since I am leaving Bohol so I can not have my breakfast the next morning. In the afternoon I got the answer: it is not possible to give me anything. It was kind of hard to understand this from a hotel with an own restaurant. I think it is the matter of humanity and fairness. When I came to the check out they wanted to charge me 1000 PHP more so if I do not ask about the amount they would have cheated me. They advertise their FREE pick up and drop off. Well I had to pay for the parking as well!

very bad dirty room newly build but they doesnt maintain,when we arrive the room not yet ready but we arrived 4:30 in the afternoon the rm doesnt clean we ask them to reclean but nothing we move the bed to make as a doble bed we found out that they never clen under the bed.
