Good place to stay
near the port going to guimaras, near shopping malls and accessible

i just had this experience that somebody knocks on the door but when we open it there was nobody around. i don't know if this is creepy or somebody is just making fun out of it. this happened twice during our 6-day stay in this hotel.
our room was only cleaned up after the 3rd day of our stay when i made a complain.

Me and my group travelled from Caticlan to Iloilo at night...when we saw the hotel we were amazed because it is located at the city proper.It is surrounded with establishments just near us. It is convenient to my group and the staff is so friendly ...we are welcomed with a warm smile by the lady at the front desk and the security guard helped us carry our bags. The room is clean and the beds comfortable.

Great service but not hygienic

- Very helpful staff
- good location near the ferry stations to Guimaras & Bacolod
- room & furniture are dusty
- sewer smell & tiny roaches are coming out of the pipes in the bathroom in the 3rd floor room
- wifi only reaches the 1st floor of the building

Courteous and polite hotel staffs, they are not annoying, unlike other hotels, every time their staff see you coming out of your room,they will ask you if you are already checking out. We extended our stay for two more days.
The room is generally clean, but the water from the faucet has a foul odor. If their water in the bathroom is recycled, it should be treated well to be sure that it is safe for bathing.

godd budget hotel
The staff is by far the best feature, particularly the bell personnel

hotel is typical for the area. the rooms do have aircon, but mine froze up occassionally and was noisy, which didn't really bother me. the location was good for my travel. if you are used to luxury hotels in eu or us you may want to consider another hotel. however, for a decent, clean place to sleep, the cci is a good place. the staff is also very helpful.

Near the festival site but facilities are WORST!!!!!!!!
