Gut ausgestattetes Hotel, aber etwas "abseits"

das hotel hat sicher das potenzial, einen angenehmen aufenthalt zu gewähren. allerdings ist das personal zwar formal freundlich, aber wir haben uns nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. wir waren leider für eine veranstaltung an das hotel gebunden. bei der durch meine frau vorgenommenen buchung viel auf, dass sie als filipina eher wie ein mensch 2.klasse behandelt wurde. das hat sich beim checkin danach zwar verbessert, aber das gefühl des nicht wirklich willkommen seins (obwohl meine familie 3 zimmer und 1 suite gebucht hatte) ließ sich nicht verdrängen. schade, sulo-hotel.

Staff are very friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and bathroom updated. Hotel does need some centralized air conditioning system for the lobby and dining area.

Lodging okay, internet service not good

Location, nice enough for my purposes

Had a problem with room A/C. Finally it was decided to change rooms. First change: room was unacceptable becuase it was a smoking room. I wanted non-smoking. Second change: room was in an extreme end of the building down a hallway full of old furniture. It smaller than original, smaller desk, only a footstool to used as desk chair. I complained that I should be changed to a room equal to or better than the oringial. Fianlly after going to reception, discussing this matter in front of other guests, Suli Rivieria relented and moved me to an equal room three doors from my original. This was the third change. I was then satisfied. My conclusion was that Suli Riviera considered an "agoda guest" inferior to a "normal guest" and tried to get me to settle to lesser accomodations than purchased. By the way: after 1-1/2 hours and three moves, we finally reached a solution. They could have made the final change from the onset.

lovely ambiance but price is quite expensive

the hotel served good food during their valentine's dinner and the breakfast buffet was also good. the room given to us had a good view of the swimming pool and the decor was tastefully done. however, the receptionists were not very friendly and accommodating and they turned people off immediately, upon check-in and upon check-out. the sales manager was superb in that he made us want to stay in the hotel in spite of the reception and the housekeeping manager was also very helpful. the hotel is a little bit pricey but the ambiance of the hotel has improved a lot and the food is really good. it also has a good location.
Empfehlung zum Hotel: Do research or read up on the hotel before you go to the hotel. Ask for certain amenities - clean room with hot and cold showers, and demand for a room change if not satisfied.

The Restaurant Chef prepares and serves fresh delicate flavorful balance, along with beautiful plate arrangement. The rooms & housekeeping staff are excellent. Every member of the staff ensures the guests are well taken cared of.
