Very great location, very friendly and helpful staff, great relaxing swimming pool

We had another great stay at this centrally located hotel, were greated by name by the friendly service minded staff and enjoyed the nice comffort of the grand deluxe king room. Although there was some refurbishment work, we were located on a high floor and not disturbed by any of the renovation works.

I was disappointed with Hyatt Singapore, this is my favourite Hotel chain mainly for Restaurants and bars.
My room was very comfortable but had three items that did not work correctly and these were not fixed during my stay and there was no explanation or apology. Noise from the adjoining bathroom was intrusive but occasional.
I would recommend staying here as it is good location with easy access to the best parts of Singapore.
