Convenient clean peaceful
Breakfast could have been cooked to save our time and effort. Should provide fruits for breakfast. Location is good. And quite at night. Spacious room.

In the heart of Nampo area, near Busan Tower, easy to access. Value the money we spent.

Good location
I first time go to Busan and stay elysee Hotel. Location good easy to find and room are very clean. But the security not so good. There have two entry of the hotel and front desk not always have staff to monitor. Overall the hotel are worth of money.

Good location
Good location near subway, shopping and tourist attractions. Found many hairs on the floor though provided recycled slippers. No wardrobe and luggage rack in the room.

Dissappointing service
1. Front desk staffs were not friendly (except one guy) 2. Kitchen utensils needs to be added and upgraded as some are very old. There were only 2-3 spoons, forks, butter knives which was not sufficient for so many guests. There is no refill of soya sauce for the 5 days I was there. 3. A cupboard for hanging clothes should be added to the room. 4. Toilet doors - should not be transparent. Should have a blind as option for non-couple guests. 5. Remote control - should label in English as not all guests can read in Korean language! 6. Bad experience at the end of the stay as we booked cab via the front desk a day before check-out but the next day, another worker on duty told us we didn't make any bookings. He tried calling 2 persons but failed to get us a cab. However, he did not even apologize and show any effort to help (but only showing us a very long frustrated face)! He just told us no booking therefore no cab. It was raining and we had no choice but to drag our luggages and bags to the main road but couldn't get a cab. Finally, we had to go through the whole ordeal to get to the airport via train in a rush hour & rush speed mode! Thankfully we didn't miss our flight! If you ask me to recommend or whether I will stay here again - very unlikely.
