Great value luxury hotel
The hotel is located next door to the club where I was playing my tournament. Great breakfast and great value.

Perfect stay. They are renovating rooms so there is some noise in the day which may explain why the room rate was so good. As I spent no time in my room during the day this was not an issue for me. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pretty ok but a few areas need improvement. For eg. Body lotion should be provided for guest in the room, the lighting is bright, no dimming effect, the curtain is not fully covering the morning sunlight, it reflects from the side mirror.

Is just my luck. We arrived early and told the front office we will check in later, they asked us what time and I asked them what time will be ready since its full occupancy, she told me after 3pm. We came back at 5:30pm and both rooms were not ready and NO apology mention. I asked them if I can get 1 room first but they took a long time to check without any communication. Finally, a friendly lady bought us up to the room and finally she said "sorry to keep you all waiting"!
The room was nice but not that practical due to the design. The F&B was good!

Great hotel in a great location.
Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to public transport to get around the city.

We stayed in this hotel in April this year during Songkran. Lobby is so nice and grand. I love the little pools where there were some fish which is quite relaxing to watch. Room is cozy and with a warm feeling. The hotel location is excellent and it is just next to the BTS station which we can use to go around the city. The hotel is so close to the shopping malls especially the Central World where you can go shopping or dine there with so many restaurants to choose from. We will definitely go back to this hotel in the future and will recommend it to friends.
