Eine schreckliche Erfahrung mit schönem Ausblick
Nur und ausschließlich der Blick aufs Meer, mehr kann ich dem Hotel nicht abgewinnen

Es gab keine Kleiderschränke, zum Safe und zum Schreibtisch musste man auf den Knien rutschen, das Bad stank durchgängig streng nach Urin, die mitarbeiter konnten in der Regeln keine Sprache außer Thai, auf dem Pooldeck lief, trotz mehrfacher Bitte ( wir waren 2 Wochen da ) über den ganzen Zeitraum ganztägig und nachher nicht nur inner, sondern auch außen d i e s e l b e CD mit insgesamt 3 oder 4 Stücken Der Bereich war für uns deshalb überhaupt nicht nutzbar, weder zu Frühstück, noch zum Relaxen oder zum Absacker.
Das wird wird in Kriegsgebieten zur Folter eingesetzt. Einen kompetenten Ansprechpartner mußte man tagelang suchen und der gab Beschwerden an die Mitarbeiter offensichtlich nicht weiter oder es war ihm schnurz, weil man ja sowieso bald abreiste. Es gibt keine Saune, obwohl diese von allen Mitarbeitern anfänglich als vorhanden bezeichnet wurde. Man muss mit einem Trolly ca. 10 Min, abwärts fahren, um in den Spaabereich zu kommen, in dem dann das Fehlen der Sauna aufgedeckt wird, was aber dauert, weil auch dort niemand Englisch versteht oder gar spricht. Der Fitnessraum ist wenigen Geräten bestückt, dafür gibt es aber keine.

Great & Comfortable Hotel
i like the design, You can use camera to shoot any angle of the hotel. the "coffee mama" at the restarant was "Super". The pool is great as well..

This hotel was located at the hilltop, it's not so convenient unless you have a transport.
its just 5 mins to Kata beach,massage center or restarant by car.
I will recommend to rent a car from the airport to this hotel, because taxi fare will be 900b and if u rent acar, its just 1000b for 24 hours... i got the good due 3600b for 4 days...
its good to have a car since Phuket was quite big and the transport was not cheap!

Beware of taxi scam booth outside

Taxi stand outside charge exorbitant prices, and as the hotel is quite remote on top of a hill you have little choice. 300 baht to go to the beach, a 5 minut drive, 1200 baht to go to the airport! That's more than my airfare to Bangkok. The hotel has to provide airport and beach shuttle to their guests for me to come back.

Foto Hotel is a great, hip place to stay
This hotel has a ton of style, the little touches they have added make all the difference. Quiet place with great views.

We loved this place and will stay again for sure. They have got great style, an amazing pool with tons of lounging spots all around the hotel. Really close to lots of conveniences, but away from the hustle and bustle of Kata.

The hotel was nice, but out of the way/isolated

Foto hotel was very nice but found the location out of the way. Staff very nice, rooms were large and clean and well designed. No complaints about the amenities, also pool was great and view of ocean phenomonal.
