ein "studio" ist ein zimmer mit allem drin. in diesem hotel mit kompletter küchenzeile und waschmaschine. dazu 2 sessel mit tisch und 2 stühle an rundtisch. breites bett mit durchgehender matratze, gute qualität. viel licht im raum, großes bad, klima, großes flat-tv mit dvd oder blueray-spieler mit surrondanlage (nicht probiert), 2 dt. sender (zdf, rtl ii).
frühstück optional für 25 aed/pp, nicht üppig, aber ausreichend, mit eierkoch, der omlettes nach wunsch backt.
rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit.
pool nur vormittags sonne, ohne weiteren service.

The hotel was clean and the studio apartment was spacious. As so many hotels are very expensive in Dubai, this seemed like a great value for the money. The staff were somewhat helpful but they seemed very down on booking through Agoda and did not offer much help when they saw we had booked online. The hotel is a bit far from downtown. There is a metro stop nearby but takes about 15 minutes to walk to. Overall it was a good value for the money.

There is a good happy hour at the Movenpick that is close by.

it's a small service apartment as compared to other huge service apartments in dubai but its location is very nice as it is close to many shopping destinations and malls. dunes service apartments and hotel is recommended for people needing medical aid, since just at a walking distance dubai healthcare city is located which has many famed hospitals. however if you need a taxi, be prepared for waiting at least ten minutes as hotel has no travel desk and you have to search for taxi outside the hotel. rooms are good and clean and services are satisfactory.

Great location; close to downtown Dubai

We really liked the room but were disappointed with how limited the amenities were. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable. Nonetheless, it was close to downtown by car and there was an area nearby which had a mall. Therefore it fulfilled our needs at that time.

This is not a bad hotel by any stretch. The room was fine, clean and reasonably spacious, the facilities ok (pool, gym), the staff friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on that. But it didn't help that we arrived at around 5am and there was nowhere to go and no option for getting some rest in the hotel. Location was also poor. Nothing around the hotel except apartment blocks - very few shops or restaurants - and a long roundabout walk to the metro stations, unless you fancied your chances running across 10 lane highways. On a short two day visit, would have preferred a more convenient location.

My family likes this hotel as the rooms are clean and nicely designed also the kitchen is fully loaded with tools and dishes cups plates cooking tools spoons washing machine etc.everything you might need for family need with young children. swimming pool is small but the kids likes it. good team work between staff.

one of the best hotel apartment experience i have ever had in dubai. well located, beautiful and very colorful interior decoration. all facilities are provided for in very functional state. good musical system combined with dvd player in all the room. crystal clear tv channels with a lot of non arabic channels to choose from. close to a lot of malls for shopping. have a close by mini super mart that delivers orders to your room free of charge. discounted buffet dinners for in house guests. in house car hire service at extremely competitive pricing. lovely staff who are ever ready to respond to your request with a smile. amazing quick response time to requests made from the rooms. i was wondering why i never got to know of this hotel until now.

Booking online is relatively cheaper and Agoda.com will never disappoint you in that regard

I booked for studio but when I reached all the studios were occupied so they upgrade me to 1 bed room apartment .. The room was very clean and super nice

Very good hotel apartments
very clean, decent food, value for money

i stayed for 3 nights, and the the rooms were nice. the staff were very friendly and understanding. there is a multi cuisine restaurant where the breakfast is fine, but the room service was slightly delayed. overall the hotel was very clean, i was travelling with an infant and the facilities were what i wanted.
Sightseeingempfehlung:
It is in one of the best locations to move around in Dubai. On the edge of the Shk Zayed Road. and other road networks.
