Find hotels near 4th - The Marais in Paris, France

Very comfortable! The staff was helpful whenever we had questions and the hotel is conveniently located near the Hotel de Ville and St. Michel/Notre Dame train stations. The surrounding neighborhood (Marais) is filled with restaurants and great shopping. Be warned that the bar across the street can get a bit noisy but it didn't prevent me from falling asleep. The only downside was the wifi connection; we had a strong connection but would get disconnected and would have to log back in...it was only a minor inconvenience and would not prevent me from staying at the Hotel du Loiret again!

This hotel is located in the 4th arrondissement in Paris. The rooms are clean, adequately sized and comes with air conditioning (a must in summer). As a group we took 3 double rooms - one of which came with a small balcony. The biggest plus of this hotel is its location. Surrounded by cafes serving cuisines of all sorts, you'll never go hungry while taking in the bohemian vibe of the Le Marais district. There are two metro stations within 10 minutes walk of the hotel which is convenient. Also, it is located just a block off the River Seine - and walking distance to Saint Chapelle and Notre Dame. Would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little charming hotel. The staff are great, kind and helpful at all times. They were also very sweet in that they left a note to wish us well for our weddding anniversary, and they also offered a nice bowl of fresh strawberries and raspberries. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, especially if you want to explore this fantastic neighbourhood which is the Marais, with plenty of quirky shops, world class museums, great bars and restaurants. The hotel is tastefully decorated and well kept, which makes one's stay very pleasant. Rooms are on the small side (still this is Paris where hotel rooms seem to average on the small side, so...), but there is all you need to spend a good and relaxing time. Breakfast is normally not included in the room's price and come at 20 Euros per person, so despite being very nice quality if you want to go for something quick (e.g. Cappuccino and croissant only) you'd better go to one of the many bars nearby. The rooms as well are not cheap but I guess Paris and the Marais are in general not cheap either so I believe Bourg Tibourg is definitely a good choice if you want to fully enjoy such a level of service and comfort.

It's nothing fancy or full-featured, but for less than $200, I found Jobo to be a perfectly sweet little place to stay for two nights. Staff is very warm and friendly, and willing to help with reservations (or other planning I'm sure). One staff member gave us bus tickets from his own wallet to use one day, which I found really thoughtful. The rooms are tiny, but the decor is inspired and fun, and the bathrooms are well-appointed (great shower; love the tiling). Linens and pillows could be softer and comfier, but still had two comfy nights of sleep. Location in the Marais is perfect - adorable neighborhood and very easy stepping-off point for exploring majority of the city.

OH my god. I loooove here. I Loooove here so much. seriously. Le Marais is always my best part in Paris sine 2008. Rhis was forst time i stayed in Hotel, actually. But the place was perfect. Really really le Marais. Not"NEAR" or "10mins by WALK", exactly inside of LE MARAIS. Might be a bit loud from down stairs in middle of the night. But it is also acceptable . Cuz it is Marais! And whole steps are so nice and kind! And they didnt give me the room , because i booked so cheap with agoda. Exactly same room as regular fare paid one's.

We stayed at Hotel de Lutece for a weekend break in Paris and it was perfect for this purpose. Centrally located on Ile St Louis, many of the big sights are within walking distance e.g. Notre Dame barely 5 minutes away. However it was also very quiet and on a lovely street packed with charming artisan shops and nice restaurants. We recommend the cheese shop opposite, the chocolate shop next door and any of the cafes selling berthillon ice cream. You are also a few minutes walk from the metro system if you want to visit any of the sights further afield. The staff were polite and attentive. The hotel itself is warm and cosy, the rooms slightly small - but this is Paris remember - and the shower was powerful and hot. Overall, a slightly expensive stay (but nothing out of the price range for similar hotels in the capital) but well worth it for a comfortable stay in a well located hotel in charming environs.

I stayed in the hotel overnight as it was close to a meeting I had. The room was very large for Europe and was tastefully decorated in a modern style. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well appointed. I liked the feature of being able to control all the room features such as lights and blinds from the iPad. i was on the top floor and the view was nice and the channel and the Sein to the right. It was quiet and close to the Qaui de le Rappe metro station a short walk across the street. The area lacks cafes and restaurants however with the fully equipped kitchen and great restaurants a short uber or metro stop away it's not too bad. The room was very hot as there are floor to ceiling windows and it was 35 degrees in Paris. If arriving during the summer perhaps make a request that the automatic blinds and the shades in the room be drawn closed to assist with room temperature as the air condition was never able to catch up and cool the room resulting in 24 degrees in the room. The staff was very attentive with offering another room and checking the switch board to ensure the AC was working however. There is breakfast available for 20 euros per person as well as room service. The wi-fi worked very well. There is an excellent expresso machine in the room with fresh bean ground expresso, however no cream or sugar available- although they likely would have brought some to the room had I asked. Although $300 CAN per night is a bit steep, the size and comfort of the room is perhaps worth it if that is what you are looking for. Location. Or the best for cafes and restaurants but plenty within a 20 min walk toward Notre Dame. I would stay again.

Loved the location of this hotel--walking distance to the Marais and just around the corner from the Metro. Many little restos and bars nearby too. Our only complaints would be the little stains in the beddings and the smell in the toilets even after flushing. You could also hear water from the other floors each time someone uses the shower. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful!

Location was great as it was within the shopping district, however it was quiet difficult to park our car as there were no available parking space near the area.. but we did park at the punlic parking near hotel de villa.. overall stay was great! Just that with small kids we have to manage the stairs was quiet troublesome with no elevator. But would definitely recommend this place.

We chose the hotel for it's location and price. Location was perfect close to Place de Vosges in Marais and price was good. The hotel itself is very basi with toilets and shower in the hall and not on every floor, so you have to walk one ofr more floors up for the shower. The rooms are ok but very basic. They are clean. The corridors look very shabby, I have the idea they are rennovation. I hope because it looks like they neglected it for many years. Donnot go here when you desire a top hotel with luxury rooms but if your budget is tight and you like to stay in a top location and you are willing to give up luxury it is a good choice.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and there are plenty of shopping, eating and touristy spots around it. In fact, as there's so much to do around the hotel area, you'll find yourself needing to try your best to go out and explore outside of Marais and surrounding area! The price is a bit steep, but we were prepared, since it's Paris. The size of the room is comfortable and not too cramped, which to us was the most important, as we do spend some nights in the room. 5 min walk from the hotel you'll find yourself a laundromat which is convenient, especially when Paris was the last leg of our 2-week vacation. All in all, it's a fantastic boutique hotel!

This hotel is a three star on the isle de St. Louis, just down river from Norte Dame. Quiet street with almost no traffic. Nice restaurants available. Good shops nearby. Can walk to many parts of Paris quite easily and yet the hotel is out of the hubbub of the city. Four minute walk to Norte Dame. There is a Metro stop just off of the island just a four minute walk away. Staff is very helpful for anything you need. Rooms are well appointed. Rooms are not big, but perfectly adequate. We had a two story room that had a twin and bathroom on first floor and bedroom, sitting area on 2nd floor. Might be difficult for older folks, but quite workable for us. The breakfast was not included and one might consider eating elsewhere rather than pay 18 euros, but the breakfast there was fine. The lobby and bar are pleasant enough, but the lobby is secured from wandering tourists, which I think is a great idea. Keeps the hotel secure and quiet. It is not the Ritz, but it is a very nice place to stay.
