Adre Majestic View offered the highest-ranking service and comfortable rooms among the hotels I've stayed at in Italy. The comfortable room had excellent air conditioning, a shared space that provided reasonably priced drinks, and the option to eat and drink in that space. The best part was the performance of the young staff or owner. Whenever there was a problem, they immediately acted quickly without showing any displeasure. They also gave us advice on good restaurants and sightseeing. The only downside was that the location was a bit difficult to find, but the staff kindly came to pick us up. We are a family of four, including my mother in a wheelchair and my father who is over 80, and we were able to visit the Blue Grotto and Pompeii and enjoy famous pizza within three days.
The property is located near to the station and has a view of the Duomo. I liked the property very much. It has a shared kitchen at each floor. The only thing I want to highlight is the lift fits only one, but that shouldn’t be a problem as it can be used multiple times.
I’m glad we upgraded on the second night because the double room was tiny and a bit depressing. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good position with most things walkable, or good to hire a bike/scooter to get a bit further to the other side of Florence
We were surprised at how good the room was despite some negative reviews. We collected the key from Hotel Veneto just around the corner. We had a double aspect room with a view of the Duomo. It was simple but clean. There is a tiny lift for 1 person which was great as we stayed on the third floor. Cleaning and reception staff were nice.

I recently stayed at Adre Majestic, and unfortunately, there was nothing majestic about the room. I feel compelled to share my honest review to inform others about my disappointing stay. Upon entering the 3rd floor, I was greeted by a pungent odor reminiscent of vomit. The stench permeated the air, making it difficult to breathe comfortably. It was immediately clear that cleanliness was a significant issue. The blanket on the bed was covered in hair, which was both unsightly and unhygienic. It was evident that the bed cover hadn't been properly cleaned prior to my arrival. The bathroom in the accommodation was disappointingly small. The cramped space made it challenging to move around comfortably, and the shower door couldn't close. Another concerning aspect was the poorly lit staircase. The inadequate lighting created a hazardous environment, as it was difficult to navigate the stairs safely, especially during the evening. This lack of attention to basic safety measures was alarming and added to my overall dissatisfaction with the accommodation. Moreover, the actual condition of the place was a stark contrast to the attractive pictures presented online. The accommodation appeared much older and worn in person, with outdated furnishings and a general lack of maintenance. This misrepresentation through the promotional images was highly misleading and left me feeling deceived. Despite these significant drawbacks, I must acknowledge the friendly attitude of the staff. They were polite and accommodating throughout my stay, which provided some relief amidst the disappointing circumstances. However, friendliness alone cannot compensate for the numerous hygiene and maintenance issues that plagued my experience.
