I stayed at Aloft Pakuwon City Mall Surabaya for the first time on August 27, 2025. The hotel is still new and located quite far from Gubeng Surabaya Train Station. The hotel is in the same complex as the Pakuwon City Mall (PCM), the room is spacious, and the view of the sea and Suramadu Bridge is very beautiful. The bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom is not too spacious, and amusingly, between the tap (back position) and the shower (front position) – likewise the other way around – the tap (front position) is used to turn on and off, but unfortunately, the hot water does not work even though the hot setting (red dot) was pressed fully; the hot water remains insufficient. The TV broadcasts only two (21) channels, including four (4) local Indonesian channels, and they are often interrupted. The air conditioning in the room is good. The breakfast menu has many delicious options, and the dining area with seating is spacious both inside and outside near the pool. All the services from the reception and restaurant staff are very good and friendly.
