RM 45/pax (full facilities) - Guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room & night stay - Any request for early check-in or late check-out shall be subjected to an extra charge of RM 40/hour -Any parties are not allowed - Additional charges may apply for any loss or damages, also if the sheets, bed, and towels are too dirty - NO in-room service like buggy/ trolley/ food service/ baby cot offered as this is a private unit - Self-check-in due to we're HOMESTAY concept (the room key is stored in a small lock box) - Guests are advised to pick up a deco package from us for the purpose of room decoration. - Cooking, Liquor and smoking are not allowed at this property; Pets are strictly not allowed at the property After more than 2 guests, (charge for every night) *Note: Security deposit will be forfeited where the inaccurate number of guests has been informed. - Homestay property items are not allowed to be brought back or taken out; Guests are not allowed to bring their own equipment, especially toto blankets. - Security deposit of RM 100 will be collected via an app with an e-wallet BEFORE check-in; Security deposit will be returned to the customer fully if the room is in good condition (before 3 pm) - The EXACT number of the guests must be informed. Nice view. Room was tidy & clean. Sesuai utk kaki mancing, boleh mancing thru balcony saje. Byk dapat ketam & pari. Rezeki stay 2 malam. Disebabkan private unit, so tak boleh guna buggy. Better bawa wagon trolley utk bawa barang2 dan anak2 kecik sebab chalet ni memang hujung sea view. Payung pon bawa jugak, panas lit lit & hujan. Host sgt baik dan membantu. Tanya ape saje, dia akan inform details. Staff pon guide kami dgn baik semasa hendak self check in. Sure will recommended to our friends and family member.

“Birthday getaway”
Booked this unit due its gorgeous full seaview and it did not disappoint. Besides that, the room was tidy and clean and cozy. Would definitely come back again next time

Pemandangan cantik, aircond sejuk, byk ikan dan best utk memancing. Jalan jauh sikit sbb xblh guna buggy but we enjoy the view. Will come again :)

Host is patient and understanding. Responsive via whatsapp and convenient self check in and out. I like the bath tub with real hot water and seaview. Place is a bit run down but bedroom is clean so ok.

“Good room location”
Nice view of open sea. Has multistory free indoor parking as well. Room is clean with easy check in and out. Good for fishing as can fish even on low tide. AC is supercool, good during hot days
