Relaxed resort”
It isn't so easy to go to chaungtha, especially now the bridge is being repaired. In 45 days this problem will be solved. Pleased just keep this in mind while planning some days at the beach during your trip in myanmar. You will have to take the bus from yangon at 6 am from the second busstation. This is the only direct bus. OK, so the hotel itself. The resort has a spacious setup, so in brings you in a relaxing beach mood. The staff is helpful but the English is not so good. The resort is famous among the locals and many rich myanmar people will go there. The rooms/lodges are a little outdated but clean. The room cleaning is twice a day! Be aware of the power times. The power is of from 7am till 1pm and from 5pm till 7pm. The wifi is pretty strong in the restaurant. The pool is nice and the view on the beach is great. The restaurant is ok, better than the local restaurants around, but be careful! Once our dinner was cold and another time the chicken was raw. When there are big groups in the hotel, the cooks don't reach the same level as when it is more quiet. Bonus tip: when you walk on the beach to the left for 5 minutes you will see the taxi boats. You can buy a slowboat round trip to 'whitesand' island for 3.000 each. These are the purple with green boats. Its nice to snorkel around the island.

One of the better places to stay in chaung tha. A bit pricy for what you get but that said, it's a nice hotel, and the service is very good. Turn down service is a bit awkward, as they go a bit overboard but it's just the staff following protocol. Overall really good stay

Very good atmosphere to relax ”
Directly situated at the beach with easy access - beach is ideal for long walks, no foreigners, only local people - nice swimming pool area - many trees and so much green all around in the resort - very good atmosphere to relax - good size of the room which was well decorated, nicely furnished and very clean - bathroom was clean too, but not to standard - internet only in lobby; should be in room too, at a 4star hotel! - air condition worked well, but several hours a day without air condition - nice breakfast buffet Asian style, with some continental breakfast items - staff was always kind, very friendly and helpful - I enjoyed my stay very much and intend to come back again.

Amazing!! We are a few backpackers and decided to stay somewhere nice for a few nights. The staff were very helpful. Some struggled with english but that was expected in an area they dont usually get tourists. The staff always made sure we were happy and were determined to give their best service. The resort itself is beautiful right on the beach. It has that tropical feel. The room was spacious enough for us and clean :) would definitely return

Amazing Resort has perfect localization - close to the beach and street with local stores and Myanmar restaurants. The reception staff was very nice and helpfull, but service in restaurant was a bit chaotic - it seemed personnel didn't know who is responsable for some tasks. The restaurant's menu was in English, but they also organized kind of barbecue. Unfortunatelly there was not any information in English about that and we didn't know how it worked. The room was spacious and it had nice terrace with the view for the garden. However, the bathroom was a bit below standard. We enjoyed our time in Amazing Resort, spending a lot of time in nice swimming pool with the view to the ocean.

Good location ”
Location is in the centre of town. Lovely gardens and public areas. Bedding was washed but had holes and old stains. Ugh! Room not clean, bathroom smelly, windows dirty. splashes of the red stuff that local men chew which looks like blood on outside window ledges and floor of terrace. Used cotton buds, plastic, bottle tops and small paper litter at stairs leading to room door and litter in the lovely gardens. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, but we had to cut our stay short by two days as cleanliness was an issue for us. A shame as could be a great hotel. Beach very dirty.

I enjoyed our stay only becasue of the staff were very very helpful. We did not like the lack of electricty at predtermine time which means that you cannot store anything perishable. The rooms are dated. needs ugtent revamp.

An den Bädern und einigen allgemeinen Einrichtungen hat leider der Zahn der Zeit seine Spuren hinterlassen und hätten ein dringende Auffrischung notwendig. Das Personal ist bemüht. Die mangelden Englischkenntnisse der meisten Angestellten machen viele Angelegenheiten schon komplizierter. Die Stromabschaltung von 06:00am - 01:00pm und 04:00pm-06:00pm ist auch nicht gerade angenehm. Fazit: Nettes Hotel aber für den Preis völlig überteuert.

Op zich prima verblijf maar ook zeker genoeg verbeter punten: - kamer is niet schoon, veel stof op spiegel en achter kasten - extra bed is matras op de grond waar ze 30usd voor vragen - zwembad water erg troube - vuilniszakken liggen op diverse plekken open en bloot te stinken op diverse plekken op het terrein, en worden S avonds pas weg gehaald! De medewerkers doen naar mijn inzicht erg hun best maar missen de begeleiding en aansturing

大きな建物ではなく２～４部屋位でのバンガロータイプの部屋で蚊が多すぎ！水圧は弱弱しい。部屋は可もなく不可もなく。アメニティ類、ヘアドライヤー、再利用出来る室内用スリッパあり。ただ電気が無いため自家発電機で運営している為１４：００～１６：００までと夜１８：００～０６：００までは電気があってその時間以外は電気がない！スターフは皆親切！ 機会があればまた利用したいと思います。
