Nice stay! Clean and big room with full of the facilities and amenities. Fascinating slider at the pool with helpful staff who taking care of you while playing. 24-hour fitness. Roof-top bar. Personal beach with the bar and free space for taking a rest. Squid and co is a good quality restaurant, not just a normal hotel-restaurant, food and drink are worth-priced and very delicious! Breakfast is also great - full of choices i.e. Thai , European, Japanese, Chinese. To summarize, Ana anan is your good choice, you can stay in this hotel in a whole day and no need for going outside to fine something else to do :)

An indeed charming resort with sincerely kind and cheerful staff”

An absolute gem. The photos do not represent the sheer tranquility and beauty of this stunning property. I chose this hotel because of the jacuzzi on the balcony but upon arriving, the double decker pool, the shallow sundeck pools around the villas, the beach front bar where you sit on cushions while enjoying a cold beer, the rooftop bar with charming lilypad-like seating under the stars and the almost art gallery-like feel of the buildings themselves were an unexpected surprise, if not more. The staff, from the reception, concierge, restaurant to the maids, security and facilities personnel, all showed exceptional personalities even under high workload of mass checkin and checkouts. This is one of the few places I have been to where there is not a single negative opinion that comes to mind.

Well Designed Hotel”

Great Interior Design& Landscape. Recommended for ones who love taking pictures as there are many good spots. (But as there r a lot of guests taking pictures all around, you may loose privacy at some points.) Nice pool and slider though it is small. (Pool is not temperature controlled so the watrt was pretty cool.) Overall experience is good, but would return on weekday to avoid the crowd at the pool and photo spot. Improving breakfast taste and staff hospitality would enhance my stay experience. (They are not bad but not greeting/welcoming comparing to other hotels I have visits around Na Jomtien.)

Stunning big rooms with seaview!”

Check in was fast and pleasant. Room was surprisingly sandfree althought the beach is so nearby. Very clean and big room. The jacuzzi however does not emit warm water, just cold and room temperature water. Still enjoyable nevertheless. Breakfast selection good! Many phototaking opportunities at pool, by the pool, by the beach and all around the resort! Loved how the pictures turned out from the natural lighting from sun/sunset! Pool water was too cold for personal comfort despite the hovering sun in the sky.

A hidden gem in the heart of Jom Thien! ”

Certainly wouldn't have come across this beautiful resort in Jom Thien. We had a 1 year old travelling with us and he's in absolute love with the pool experience. Love what this place has to offer. Great food, very warm and welcoming staffing and service team, spacious room with a jacuzzi bathtub by the balcony. Thank you for making our short getaway incredible and fun! I'd love to come back again some day.

The service was so slow”

There’re many visitors when I stayed at the hotel. The service was so slow. I waited for the checking in and our for like 15 minutes plus. The room was great and the view is incredible so was the food

Staffs are very polite. Room are comfortable and large. I would like to go back and stay long.

Nice hotel and friendly staffs”

Pros : 1) Friendly and attentive staffs. Fast check-in and check-out process. Room upgrade due to soft opening I think. 2) Direct beachfront and very nice view during sunset. 3) Facilities are still new but not sure it will be sufficient for the hotel guests in the future. 4) Good breakfast with various kinds of food but can do better. 5) Free minibar and handy phone in room. Cons : 1) Room is a medium size but pretty small balcony. 2) Swimming pool is next to the main restaurant so guest can feel not privacy. 3) Restaurant is still new and not many menus and also pricy. 4) Hotel is not yet completed so can expect the smell and workers around the hotel. 5) A small canal on the beachfront which is badly smell and dirty. In general with this room price I would expect more on the facility.

Modern Style , Nice Pool, Good Location”

We went to check in on Feb 2020 before (Covid-19) i building style with modern and black & white feel relax with color and very nice pool with small slider splash , private beach good breakfast, bed is very comfort. you can take photo with every places in the hotel area.

Nice resort for couple or family to spend time here. Great break fast and good mattress suitable for 5 star. Just one thing that I found in the room not clean enough. Totally is good resort I would recommend this.

New and cozy hotel”

New hotel with modern luxury designed. But the road to this hotel is worst. Breakfast and pool are great.

Not relaxed as thought”

- No welcome drink or else when check-in - Not provide WIFI password when check-in - Strong smell from the drain in the bathroom - Water leak from the under of bathtub - Too noisy from swimming pool - Too packed around swimming room then didn’t feel relaxed at all - Not good for couples needed peaceful - Anyway, food is good and all staffs are friendly and helpful

Exceptional”

This hotel is really nice. We enjoyed everything they offered -- very nice room, jacuzzi on the balcony, 2-level swimming pool with slider, breakfast buffet was really great, cocktails were nice. The only 2 things that forced me to put only 3 stars for locations are 1) a municipal canal that runs through the backside of the hotel before the beach (water in that canal is nasty), and 2) other hotels surrounding this great place are really dilapidated. But, the good experience we got from our stay was far better than these disadvantages on its location. I would definitely return!

Skydeck Pool Villa is super great and comfortable. staffs are very helpful. we have the very best experiences during our stay. highly recommended if you want a place to enjoy your vacation as a couple

Not value for money, ”

Rain shower water pressure very very low, bed sheet no comfort very thin sheet not like 5 star! , free mini bar was good but only one can each for soft drink and beer! They mention in agoda last room available, but still have room available after we booked that type of rooms!

Compensation between price and taste of food and drinks, price are too high for the tastes. Good thing is all facilities and beverages inside the room are free. Locate a bit far from the city but okay.
