Authentic Okinawan hospitality made our stay a pure delight. From the incredible & professional management team of PierLuigi Castellano, Tokano lonela Anca & Billy Ko who graciously helped make our stay perfect to the entire staff of the Club International who delighted us with their welcoming smiles and world class food/beverage offerings to the world class spa technicians who pampered us to the top water sports team who took us on the mini-sub and sunset cruise adventures, my son & I had a memorable reunion. We loved the Okinawan sourced cuisine and products. We loved our suite, which was upgraded by wonderful surprise. We loved the driver the hotel arranged to pick us up/back to airport & on a tour of island. Simply put: in a world of mass tourism based resorts, this is a uniquely Okinawan treasure. Great place Mid-Island to stay and admire the Ocean and waves. Large water park for the family and great snorkeling nearby. Almost every room has a fantastic view so don't worry if you are on the 3rd or top floor. You will not be in your room that long with so much to do. Visit the Spa and Onsen.

My wife and I stayed with our six month old son and we all had a great time! The staff and facilities were 10/10. Room was a bit outdated but still nice, would rate a 7.5/10. Overall 9.5. Pool was nice and beach was great! Will definitely stay again!

Best breakfast we’ve ever had”
Staff are super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was sensational! Loved every minute of our stay.. only negative part was the low water pressure for the shower and noisy A/C. But aside from that, we would definitely go again!

Amazing Buffet”
The hotel is beautiful. All the rooms have amazing views. The pools were great for my child. But what stood out to me the most compared to the other resorts nearby was the breakfast buffet. It was one of the best we've had with many many options!

Pleasant Stay”
We loved our stay in ANA. Check in was quick! Breakfast and room service food were delicious. Pool was heated! And the view was spectacular. Staff were helpful as well. The one con is the room is pretty outdated. Loved the white and aqua blue color but the carpet was a bit old already. All in all, we definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back!!

Great facilities ”
I loved ANA the facilities were wonderful. The restaurants were so nice. The Staff were absolutely wonderful. The only downfall is the resort is far away from anything. As a location resort amazing. If you want to see Okinawa you will need to hire a car. Good news is car hire is between 6000-10,000 yen so very reasonable

The scenery, food, pool, and beach obstacle course are amazing here! The only items I wish were better were the beds (too hard) and the prices at restaurants (almost unaffordable to average family).

Good hotel for chillout days”
The hotel is located on Manza beach which is north of Okinawa mainland so it's a bit far out from the airport and the downtown. However, they have good two pools (though one is closed during the SOE) and private beach. So it's really good place just to chill out on the beach and swim in the ocean. There are some overlook spots for nice and serene views around the hotel. They also offer water activities so you don't even have to leave the hotel. The staff are very nice and accommodative. They upgraded my room, allowed me early check-in and late check-out. It was a very pleasant stay with this InterContinental Hotel.
