Staff was rude and not helpful. We asked for hair dryer for 3 times, they said they will bring one but never did. I had to go to the reception few times to chase it but staff was rude and not helping at all..

The stuff's attitude was really rude during our stay, the worst service among hotels in Agadir. I was looking forward a nice stay with my parents, but it turned out to be a nightmare. They also charge you the taxe, even though it was included in my Agoda payment, and the stay was fully paid before my arrival. A SCAM.

The washroom was dirty. Bath tub was really bad. Towels were very old and ripped and there was no wifi. Staff generally was good but not helpful in sorting out

The 4 stars you see published do not correspond at all to a 4 star (not even 3) hotel. From the rooms, bathrooms, mattresses, lack of isolation in the windows, poor breakfast in a room full of smoke and food smell, etc I wouldn't stay there again before they will do a big renovation. The location and view are fantastic, but it is all very used.
