Dear Angsana Resort, My family of five, including my mother, my husband and I with our two young children, stayed at Angsana for two nights from July 14th to 16th in room 6507. On the evening of July 14th, around 10 pm, my mother had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea, possibly due to having lunch outside in Hue city. She was in so much pain and discomfort that I called for assistance from Phuong (the night receptionist). Immediately, Phuong and a doctor (whose name I cannot recall due to the urgency of the situation) came to our room 6507 to examine and assist my family. They were very enthusiastic, attentive, and thorough. They even brought a wheelchair to take my mother to the resort clinic for IV fluids and medication. Throughout the night, the doctor took care of my mother and monitored her health, prescribed medication for me, and other staff members also helped by bringing medicine and porridge to our room, even though it was late at night. The next morning, my mother woke up feeling better, with no more stomach pain and no more fatigue. Her health had fully recovered. Therefore, my family continued to enjoy and experience other services at Angsana. We were truly touched and appreciated the enthusiasm, attentiveness, and care of the entire team on duty that night. During our stay at the resort, we always saw friendly smiles from all the managers and staff members working here, from security guards, receptionists, pool staff, bar staff, room attendants, and more. I am sending this email to express my sincere thanks to Angsana Resort, especially to the doctor and the night receptionist. My family had a wonderful vacation here! We will definitely come back. Angsana was a two-day stop for my family during our adventure trip from Hanoi to Danang. We had heard that Lang Co beach is one of the 7 most beautiful beaches in the world, and our stay at Angsana was truly a wonderful time for my family, especially for my four children. They were very happy and excited to experience all the games, swimming pools, and beaches here. The breakfast buffet was also very attractive and filled the children's stomachs :) The only thing that bothered me a bit was the sauna experience (wet sauna was not a problem, but I couldn't use the dry sauna because I had to wait for the machine to run and heat up the sauna room, which took a lot of time, so I skipped the dry sauna and when I returned, the room had just started to heat up). Thank you to Angsana and all the staff, from the receptionists, servers, cleaners, and even the pool attendants who played games with the children in the afternoon!!!

my family with a toddler had a fantastic stay in Angsana. we had a junior suit sea oceanfront with a private pool and the room is spacious 60m2, super clean and all the amenities deserve 5 stars. the view is absolutely gorgeous. but omg the best is the 300m pool that wraps around the resort. we spend all days playing there. it has other kid activities as well. we ordered room dining to enjoy the view and the spacious living room and the seafood pizza is sooo goood. I cant wait to return there. the staff is friendly and always willing to help, and also!!! I appreciate their effort to support children. we took a bike to go around the resort and Banyan tree and found 1 small bike with attached supported wheels so my 3 years old can bike as well. this small gesture show how much they care and prepare for family stay. I recommend 100%.

It was my first time in Danang and I picked Angsana after my sister recommended. It was the best decision ever! I have stayed in many resorts in Asia, but this was Asian hospitality at an exceptional, whole new level! Prior to my trip, I communicated with the staff on arrangements. They are very responsive and helpful. I accidentally booked the wrong room type, and they managed to help me change it back manually. They also assisted me to make some spa and transportation arrangements prior to my trip! All the staff at Angsana went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. My bf and I felt very welcomed. They were very genuine, helpful, and took the effort to remember things. For example, I wanted to have hashbrowns for breakfast, they were all gone the previous day and the staff made sure that I had hashbrowns the next day that I went! It was these little gestures that also add up to make the whole experience very memorable and special. There were also a lot of Daily activities, and every day I simply woke up and decided very last minute what I wanted to do, The staff were very accommodating and helped us sort out everything very last minute! I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Angsana! One thing to note is that the location is a bit far from the city. They do arrange transportation if you want to leave the resort for excursions and tours so it wasn’t a problem. For us, we were happy to stay at the resort for the entire time, and there are more than enough activities for you to do. So if you’re looking for just a few days to relax, wind down and do spa. You won’t regret picking Angsana. It’s good value for money and for the experience and service I got, I definitely think they deserve more recognition and appreciation. Thank you Angsana!
