“Great staff but need more improvement on cleanliness”
Visited Ankit Vista along with my wife and Daughter. First thing I would like to mention, one of the best staffs I came across till date. So polite and professional. I would have rated 10/10 to the staff’s behaviour and professionalism. While entering the resort you will feel positive vibes. We booked bamboo cottage looking at AC availability in Agoda. But after reaching the resort we came to know there is no AC facility in Bamboo. Probably Agoda needs to update this. But they provided us Bamboo suite room. Room was spacious. But inside room spider nets was available. There were 2 bathrooms. Both were ok ok in condition. Outside balcony was not cleaned and there was a rat died which we also complained but didn’t got any response. Swimming pool needs to be cleaned. Apart from these, the resort was nice to hangout and spend a day in quite environment.
