“Disappointed ”
Initially we were delighted with the accommodation but we became increasing upset as the days passed. The Tuesday night noise on George Street was desperate and went on until 4.30 in the morning.... I lay awake all night long and found it upsetting and distressing to listen to the noise, music and screaming and roaring. The kids were frightened. On the Wednesday night there was no lighting on the three flight staircase which we found unacceptable. There was no contact and we had to ring the number on arrival that was on our booking, we were told that was the Zlondon office and given the number for the Edinburgh office. We were sorted fine eventually and furnished with code numbers etc. but on leaving the apartment, no contact.... No instructions on where to leave the key.... Disappointing not robe guided/consulted. I certainly don't think the service deserves a 9 out of 10 rating..... It was certainly well below standard for that kind of score.
