The property has a spectacular view. The condo was clean as well as the building itself. Plenty of parking available. The wraparound balcony was everything, we tried to extend our stay as the home and beach were so inviting, we didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely be back!!!

I think that the owner or manager should spend the night in the unit themselves. they would find a bunch of small things that could be so much better, but probably aren’t noticeable to somebody who has never stayed in the unit. For example, in the second bedroom, it’s really dark in the bathroom when you’re inside the shower behind the curtain. The ceiling fan should be replaced with a combo unit that includes the light, it would make a huge difference. Some prior occupant had put the Lint filter into the dryer backwards, so the dryer was taking 3 to 4 hours to dry a load of clothes. We couldn’t get the filter out because it had been jammed in there, so we had maintenance come and fix it for us. A lot of the kitchen equipment was pretty messed up. Someone to do a whole inventory of the place, cutlery and cooking equipment. On the decks, some of the furniture and cushions, yet some matching pieces didn’t. Obviously, the cushions either blew away in the wind, or are just missing. in general, we really liked the unit and if we ever returned to Destin we would probably stay in it again. But these small annoyances are the kind of things that a really good management company would address.

Great location and very clean upon arrival

The place was great as advertised by the pictures. The rooms were spacious and clean upon arrival. The pool was also fun. Very big and also had a shallow area where little ones could play. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ariel Dunes a lot and plan on coming back and staying here again.

Spacious room with a private bathroom You going to feel like you are at your own home From the balcony you can sit and relax, feel the wind plus excellent ocean view Big pool and like 3 mins walking distance to the beach.

The elevator takes a lil bit longer and the dryer was taking for ever to dry clothes

The picturrs on the website does NO justice for the actual hotel. While I was cool with mediocre, I got luxury...even better! And the charger units were amazing so there were plenty of places to charge multiple phones.Thanks!

There was no air coming through the vent in the bunk bed room.

The apartment was super clean. It was also very spacious. We had everything that we needed to cook breakfast for ourselves for the week. The tub in the master bath was huge. The 2 pools were super nice! We ate at the restaurant down stairs the first night. It was very good! Plenty of parking and everyone was so nice! Only a short walk to the beach!

We had cigarette butts on our balcony where people from the floors above had been throwing them.

The room exceeded our expectations. It was newly renovated, clean, and spacious. It was also stocked with everything we needed, and all at a very affordable price. It was an easy, short walk to the beach, and had wonderful pools as well.

The ice machine was broken and my boyfriend fixed it because it is in his area of expertise because we couldn't get a hold of someone to fix it. Basically everything else was pretty good couch was a little uncomfortable. Needed some more cooking supplies.
