Thank you for very good stuff and friendly owner - very helpful and positive people. Room with balcony river side view! Clean ! Nice pillow and bed good size ! Rare can find on the river side hotel with good new showers and good canalisation- here is so good strong hot shower- big enjoy after busy day in hot Phnom Penh ! Only one small things - slide door to washroom difficult to open for ladies. But room so light and nice ! Hotel don’t have elevator but stuff so kind always help with baggage! Come back 2 times already! Thank you and see you for sure again.

Perfect location, big rooms and friendly staff”
Second time to stay here and I really love their river view. Rooms and comfort room are very spacious. Only downside is there is no elevator, but it's not a problem coz the staff will help you in carrying your luggage/s. There is a pizza house, Starbucks, Japanese resto, 711 and bakery beside their building. Will definitely go back to this hotel.

Great location. Only stairs and We were on top floor.. Not a problem but there was a big hole in the roof at the top of the stairs which had let water in..smelt mouldy. Again not a problem..room was big,was modernish with big bathroom but hole place could use a proper clean. Unfortunately it had been a smokers room at one stage so had that stale smell . Window great!!but had corrugated iron sheet across the outside so you couldn't see the neighbours! Bed hard and pillows like alot of Asia..ok. But at night there were rats and maybe cats running through the roof! Very loud to scurrying around up there. And I mean loud! It was funny to hear..new they couldn't get into our room so ok. We're Australian so didn't faze us.. Stayed 3nights..worst for me is hard bed n pillows!😂 Alot places need some attention after covid which I understand ,hard for these families to spend money they maybe don't have but are being sold on these websites as ready to go! Would I stay again..if sorted..yes! Let you make up your mind!??

Not a 3 star hotel”
Great location, right in the heart of the entertainment area and opposite the river. Large clean room which I would probably give it a 3 star rating (Just). Stayed in a double room with a window. View from window was of the wall of the building behind. Hotel had zero other facilities. Staff friendly enough but didn't offer any real assistance, had to ask to have my room serviced. Never given the opportunity to see the front rooms which I have been advised were better.

Not a 3 star hotel”
This is not a 3 star hotel. On the plus side it is in a great location, opposite the river in the heart of the bar and restaurant district. Room was large and comfortable and go close to being 3 star. On the negative side the hotel offers zero facilities. Staff were friendly but of little assistance. Room was not serviced and had to ask front desk to clean and get fresh towels. They did eventually but a clean consisted of making the bed and replacing towels. Room 2.5 * Hotel 1*

[Good] - Kind staff - Luggage storage service - Great location [Bad] - The room was not ready when check-in, so I had to wait for 40 minutes(14:00-14:40). It was terrible. - Something under construction next this building. - Is there any club? Loud music sound whole day. - Rats were moving here and there above the ceiling. (I stayed on 5th floor) - No elevator. - I woke up at dawn because of the annoying water sound. When I saw the bathroom, the unknown water gushed out of the unknown hole on the wall, and I saw cockroach on the floor.

No lift for this hotel . Room was good worth the money but no shampoo or conditioner Not a good response from staff when asked for my toiletries or water. No working phone in room n alot of bugs.

Solo traveler, only in Phnom Penh a day... solid location, right on the river, friendly staff, felt safe the entire time (though there are a lot of guys out front offering things). Good AC, shower, comfy bed. Only downside was that the buildng next door was doing construction and started at 630AM.

I was very happy with this hotel in general. The location, facilities, cleanliness and staff were great. I was even upgraded on arrival. Only gripe was washing. I expected to pay more but not 15 times the price I would pay on the street. For a very small amount of clothes it cost nearly $8. On the street (very good service also) the same amount would cost 50 cents (1kg = $1.50). I was told these are prices even though there was no price list in room. It's my fault for not asking before but felt cheated all the same.
