Value for money and place to sleep ”
Place wise I should not the middle of the town but you can have hardly few shop nearby. But quite and peaceful place to sleep after full day of work out side. As I was fasting so can not say about the breakfast. Staffs are quite helpful specially front desk. Finally I extended my stay there.

Nice hotel if you have an early flight”
We selected Avenue 64 as we had an early flight out of Yangon. Whilst still a 10-15 minute taxi journey from the airport it was a good choice as it is spacious, efficient and the staff are friendly. The main sites are still only about 20 minutes away and it only costs $3-4 to get to them.

Clean and comfortable”
I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay that is with reasonable distance to Yangon International Airport. It is no more overpriced than any hotel in Yangon. I would look into my own transportation to and from the airport as the hotel charged $17 per trip and a regular taxi would be about $5. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Near Airport and comfortable”
Breakfast is just OK, not many food to select. Far from the Yangon city, if you have meeting in Yangon city, better to choose hotel in the city. Otherwise, you need to plan additional time to travel to the city as the traffic is really bad take you around 45 minute to the downtown. No convenience store, restaurant, coffee shop around the hotel. Only can order food coffee from hotel restaurant.

Excellent Location ”
We were only after a hotel in which to spend the night so we could easily catch our early morning flight to Bagan. This was perfect as it was no more than 15 minutes away by taxi from the airport. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it had a very modern vibe, the rooms were very clean, and the staff attentive--perks that were worth much more than what we paid for the accommodations.

stylish hotel but noisy and pricy for what it is ”
We stayed in this hotel on our last night in Myanmar. We chose it because of its proximity to the airport - we had an early morning flight and the traffic in Yangon can be a shocker. The good things about it were - we were able to check in early, and first impressions were good. The reception is modern and cool and the staff welcoming. It kind of went downhill from there. The room - even though newish - was already showing signs of wear and tear. Good a/c and internet but tatty and the bathroom was not exactly sparkling. They are constructing a new bar on the second floor and the construction noise was relentless. We asked to moved but we offered the room next door which had the same noise problem. We had lunch in the downstairs restaurant - nice service, good food, v pricey. We had an excellent dinner in a nearby thai - called Fresh Thai. Highly recommended. We were kept awake by noise from the bar at night. Our wake up call for 4.30am never materialised......Our breakfast box was a cold fried egg on a slice of white toast...There are better value places in Yangon to stay.

First time in this hotel. I usually stay at Park Royal. At the price paid, this hotel is really value for money. In fact, I find many aspects comparable to Park Royal. The most glaring difference is the limited dining options available.

bit disappointed”
really comfortable bed so had a great sleep while staying at this hotel but the room I booked was just under the gym so it was noisy so needed to change the room. Then I found another problem with shower. Not much water pressure so it was difficult to wash off the soap and shampoo..... The breakfast was very basic. Apart from these problems, everything else was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The deco is chic and environment is quiet. Food price at restaurant is reasonable for Hotel standard. I like the well equipped gym. If you are easily irritated by noise, avoid guest room 117 as it is directly below gym at level 2. Lots from thumping sounds from above.

I recomend here to you as last stay of Myanmer trip. here is good enough you to chill out and let you ready to back to business work a day before your trip done. the best part was high speed internet, you do not feel any stress during work. it takes just 30min to airport is also nice.

Business Trip to MCC”
Everything was perfect except the surrounding area doesn't have much shops or place to have meal. Apart from this, the hotel services and rooms works well for me.
