I was on a 3N5D business trip in Oct. 2019, and stayed here for 3 nights. The room was very neat and clean, and I liked the unique design of the building as well. The location is good enough to take a tuk tuk to look around, and a 24H supermarket is located within about 5 minutes of walk. The staff members were all kind and nice, and they would say "good morning, sir" or "good evening, sir" to make my day. The breakfast service is also what I liked the most. They serve decent order-based egg dishes on top of the buffet; and you should definitely try their seafood noodles. Overall, I got the best experience for the price of the stay. If I visit Phnom Penh again in the future, I'll for sure consider revisiting this place.

Amazing oasis in the middle of the city”
Baitong Hotel and resort was amazing!! The jungle pool and balcony of our room made it feel like we were on a island and not in the city! The staff was so helpful and kind. They even had a beautiful bouquet of flowers on our arrival for our honeymoon, along with other small gifts. The breakfast was great! The location was good. We definitely recommend this place !

Soft Opening Super Value”
Hotel still super new. The room rates was very good - with a high value introductory rate. Still missing services which we were notified of - no room service, no restaurant apart from breakfast, service at only one of two pools, no wine glasses at all for our own wine, no DNDisturb signage, no proper ice in abundance. The rooms were smart, large, modern and well-appointed. Bed, bedding and pillows super plush and comfortable. Blackout curtains worked like magic. Bathroom really big and practical. Some design element choices and layout in the bathrooms are less sensible and puzzling. The finish of details to the hotel was good but misses that last 5-10% of mindful attention to detail that prevents it from being a really higher end property. The HUGE problem is the forest pool area tiling. When wet, it is super dangerous and hazardous anywhere near it and the stairs. People WILL slip and fall. Kids will definitely get injured. Staff super nice. Informative. Need practice.

Great atmosphere with beautiful pools”
I am glad I walked in this hotel and gave it a chance. We were warmly welcome with a great smile. I stayed with my partner and had a great experience, we really enjoyed our stay in Baitong Hotel. The pools are beautiful and breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be visiting Baitong again.

Clean and luxury”
Great hotel in Phnom Penh in my favourite area. About 10 min tuk tuk to the river which is great if you don’t like staying in the grunge area. Quality comfortable beds. Great shower. Good breakfast. Great restaurants terrazzo Italian, Pacau and dig us for meat. Plus plenty of others sushi Mexican also Starbucks coffee club and browns within a couple of blocks

We liked our stay in Baitong hotel. The only issue we had is with food. If you want to eat during the day, you have 2 options: thai restaurant or snacks at the bar. Both are not opened whole day and the hotel has no room service.

Amazing hotel in a very convenient location in Phnom Penh. Staff and facilities are amazing. Some construction is happening in the area but that is happening everywhere in Phnom Penh and it didn't disturb our stay.

Absolutely great hotel. just opened so the restaurant/rooftop bar was not open yet. A lot of green, trees etc that makes you not feel being in the middle of a big city. Really confortable beds, the best we had in Cambodia!! Stad is helpfull and friendly. Good WiFi. We highly recommend this hotel

I had been staying in more boutique style accommodations while in Asia, and have a preference for the uniqueness of such hotels. Baitong is more of a "Big" hotel. If that's your thing, then I'm sure you'd enjoy. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Extensive breakfast. Nice shower & very comfortable bed + lines. Really no complaints.

We had 3 nights here. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Feel so relaxing especially when you are at their swimming pool. Surrounded by beautiful trees. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing !

Noise”
If all the constructions around hotel r done, it would be better. City view can hear all honks all night but it's not high traffic road. Restaurant is on 6th floor , staying on 4th floor can let u experience noises from the upper deck.
