A Must Book”
Staff were very proactive. They noticed that I had not arrived to the airport for my transfer at Da Nang Airport and called me. My flight had actually been delayed and arranged for another transfer. They could not have done this if they weren't prepared a few days earlier when they asked for a contact number once I had landed in Vietnam. The staff were also able to provide some recommendations for where to eat. The location was great, right opposite the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. I definitely recommend Balcona and would come here again!

Stayed here recently for about a week, with family. The staff were very accomadating and friendly, they went above and beyond. Their daily breakfast buffet was perfect to kick start the day, before going off to explore the beautiful city of Da Nang. Will definitely book here again, if we are in the area. The hotel room is spacious with a balcony. The beach is just across the street, if you are travelling with your family, I do recommend you to stay in the hotel. The overall tidiness and cleanliness are good.

One of the best hotel with delicious break fast. Excellent location just opposite the beaches ⛱. Good Indian restaurant are available near by the Hotel. Infinity swimming pool gives excellent view of water and mountains.

Family studio”
We stay in the family studio which had enough space and sitting room for our family of 5. The beds and pillows a comfortable, there’s a table to eat take out at and comfortable couch to watch a movie in a rainy day. The staff were amazing at helping us when we forgot a EarPod after check out. They WhatsApp and sent a photo before sending us a grab to deliver it to where we were. Also had a airport transfer provided. The beach is a long stretch of sand with lots of swimming and some surf to have fun with. I would definitely stay here again. My only thing to improve would be a warmer pool (but that might just be me!).

Right on beach front. View from room balcony is amazing, if u book a sea facing room. Rooms were decent. Staff was helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Might book again if ill come to DaNang. DaNang is amazing place to visit.

The staff is so friendly & helpful, you can ask them anything about the town, or arrange any tour/transport. The receptionist Susan, even worried my tour after she off-duty, I felt I was in good hands. The view of the beach is ridiculous, its the best sunrise I had. Of course the hardware of this hotel is decent, nothing to complain.

The renovation of the rooms is beautiful. Very clean and convenience to the My kye beach, as it is just opposite. We stayed in studio room, My families like the room so much and will definitely want to stay in the same hotel again if we back to Da Nang.

Hotel was right in front of kids, higher catered for korean tourists so can be rest assured standard was there. King size bed was super huge. Bath tub very clean. Pool had an amazing view. Breakfast choices can be improved

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Da Nang. On the other hand, when you check in, don't forget to count the hangers in the wardrobe! :D When I checked out, the staff said one of my rooms had two hangers missing even though no one had taken them. Nonetheless, I think there was some miscommunication between the housekeeping staff and receptionists.

We enjoyed six days at Balcona. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The English speaking receptionist checked regularly if there was anything we needed. We had a room on the 18th floor with full beach view, which is breath-taking indeed. Don’t forget to use the infinity pool on the 20th floor.
