D3finately the only hotel for the money thats worth it at this level and even above”
The first thing i noticed was that i started to wonder if i had the wrong address. Then i saw the building a secured and gated facility with one way in and out at night. Then i went inside and the tenent at the window was actually very nice, respectful and overall made us feel welcome. My gf used to manage big hotels in europe and she said he was very nice. We had gotten this room last min on agoda which was my first time using them but was very easy. We went and parked near our room and went inside. The room was very clean and maintained. The amenities were pleasant and we felt we got a good price. The wifi worked the tv was new the bath and the sink were seperate which is better for when two people are staying together. The curtain in the bath was curved which made for a better experience where your not sticking to the shower curtain which is never desirable. The only thing i would have wanted was for the room to be properly aired out but over all great! Will be coming back. Thank u!

Its not fancy and its in a very run down location without much around it, but the motel itself is much nicer than anything else in its price range BY FAR. I just wish Agoda (the only way you can book this place) was more up front about pricing. The facility charges $5 a day to park there. At a motel. Who goes to a motel without a car?

Bay Breeze is in an awful location, but its secure and the rooms, though very small are clean and have what you need though its minimal. The guest laundry has ONE washer and dryer for instance. They also charge $5 a day for parking which is NOT in the prepaid price when you book through Agoda and you must pay when you check in. Who comes to a motel like this without a car? Biggest thing is its consistently the cheapest in the Bay area.

The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The tv didn't work in the early morning hours. I didn't know if it was shut off by the hotel or if it was the cable company.

Room Pretty clean overall for the price. No noise from neighbours only from highway. Vinyl floor no stinky carpet. Clean sheets (bed cover was old ) and solid bed. Free wifi.

At the very least, for a $200 a night motel, I would expect a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee, or even a vending machine outside the room.... but nothing.

Reminds me of an old 70’s horror movie. The sheets were clean but the blankets were old and smutty. I man in the office was extremely rude and kept repeating himself $6 per car $6 per car. If you’re cheating on you significant other and want a quickie, this is the place, biker club or truck driver want a quick nap, this is the place. People with OCD and Germaphobic issues need not bother

This place will make you pay for everything from $5 parking to $1 ice that doesn't even come close to feeling a small cooler. The guy at the desk was rude and wouldn't let me see the room before I booked it all he could say is I'll give you a good room. The area is terrible and scary. The inside of the room was nice and inside the parking lot was nice if you didn't have to pay for everything. I feel I already paid for my room so I shouldn't have to pay to park of for a reasonable amount of ice.

You have to pay $5 a day for the parking, which it doesn’t mention in advance, maybe that might make it a bit cheaper than its competitors. The staff gave me the key and didn’t explain where my room is. Not recommended...

Dirty Linens (seems and smells like haven’t changed for a long time), Dirty towels (like someone stepped on it and wiped the floor out), if only i could give NO star at all for its cleanliness. Requested for a Non-smoking room but the room smells like freaking Cigarette store. Appreciate the free king size upgrade, but charging additional $5 for parking???really?? And service charge of $10 plus tax???really? With the filthy room? I am not sure it’s even deserving. We just have no choice because we suddenly need a room around that area and Agoda charged us almost $90 for a night of stay. Not worth it. Not recommended.

If you ever wondered what it would be like to spend the night in a third-world country, visit the Bay Breeze Inn. The area is industrial, with poor lighting, graffiti, loitering people, with trash throughout the street. The building is in disrepair, with no lobby, but a bullet proof area in which to slide your card to someone who speaks poor English. There is NOWHERE you could safety walk to find a restaurant. The website stated there was a hair dryer in the room - there was not. The smoke detector in my room hung from the wall. The remote control was so sticky, it would not come clean when I attempted to do so. There was no coffee maker in the room, and the room itself is very small, also no phone in which to call the front desk. I felt completely unsafe the entire time.

When we checked in the first room they gave us was dirty and never cleaned from previous guests, had to wait for a new room. The new room was ok, the carpet was dirty and had blood splatters on the bathroom wall. The next morning we were confined to our room by police activity outside. I looked outside my door and the officer posted by the next room motioned for me to go back inside. When we finally left for the day and returned late that evening our room had not been cleaned or restocked my boyfriend asked for more toilet paper and the front desk lady told him to get it himself from the stock room and when he asked for towels they only have him one saying if we wanted more each person from our party needed to go down to get one. When the next person went down the front desk guy got upset and yelled at him and said if we wanted towels we had to ask in the morning for them. There was also evidence of vehicles that had been broken into in the tiny gated parking lot that we paid an additional parking fee per day. As we checked out there were individuals in the lobby discussing drug deals. And also to mention we were in the room directly above the live in manager and their kids ran in and out of the doors all night slamming the metal gate. Plus the whole family screamed/yelled for each other through the complex.
