I saw a new building and made a reservation, and it's perfect in every way. Even with an early morning surcharge at the airport, the taxi fare is only 4,000-5,000 won, and it's within walking distance. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Every employee at this hotel greets you with a smile and is very helpful! It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the market. If you go out to the main road on the Han River side, you can walk through a scary crosswalk. There are Starbucks, Highland Coffee, and Pizza 4P's on the way, so you can enjoy some food as well. The hotel breakfast doesn't have a huge variety, but there are Korean dishes (tofu kimchi, seaweed soup) and they also serve Vietnamese instant noodles, which was nice. Not all of the facilities are open yet, but I was satisfied with the gym and swimming pool that were available. The security guard is always nearby, so it's recommended for families with children and couples. 😊

It was a mother-daughter trip, and everything from accessibility, location, cleanliness, service, staff friendliness, soundproofing, was great! We had high expectations as it was a 5-star hotel, but from the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel good! The clean room and beautiful city view, as well as the free minibar, allowed us to enjoy delicious snacks. It was also convenient to leave our luggage and come and go as the hotel was only a 5-minute Grab ride from the market. I would highly recommend the Bay Capital hotel as it definitely lives up to its 5 star rating. The room was very well appointed with a great view of the river and spotlessly clean. The gym, sauna and steam room were a fantastic way to wind down after a day of touring and they were well staffed and immaculate. The breakfast selection was extensive providing something for every taste both Asian and Western tastes and all very delicious. But the most outstanding feature for me was the absolutely incredible staff, especially Soren and Henry, who went out of their way to provide unbelievable assistance, making my stay in Da Nang so much easier and more enjoyable. They are both a huge credit to the management of the hotel and certainly deserve high praise for their service. It would be hard to find any fault with this hotel as in all regards it is really 5 star.

A good stay in Danang ”
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The rooms were fantastic—spacious, clean, and offering a nice view, which really enhanced the stay. It was a comfortable space to relax after a long day. One standout during my stay was Soren, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming during the check-in process. It’s always nice to encounter staff members who make you feel at home from the start. However, I feel the staff could benefit from adding a bit more personal touch to their service. While professional, some interactions lacked warmth. That said, Soren’s friendliness was definitely appreciated. Despite this, I definitely plan to return in the future. The overall experience, particularly the room, was worth it!
