Nice hotel near Schwedagon pagoda”
Beauty Land Hotel is situated in the walking distance of Schwedagon pagoda and Kandawgyi Lake. The hotel is located a couple of hundred meters from the main road. To the city center you need a taxi, which costs usually less than 3000 MMK and back to the hotel a little bit more.. Very friendly and helpful staff makes restaurant reservations for you, etc.

This small 40 room hotel is a 5 minute walk from the biggest pagoda in Myanmar. The rooftop view is spectacular. The owners are family and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food from their kitchen was some of the best I had eaten, even after doing 2 food tours. The location is an hour walk from downtown, but taxis are so cheap, you can get one for about 2 bucks, so it did not matter to me. I preferred the quiet area with the amazing view. The owners were there everyday and made themselves available at all times. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay there. Wish I had more time! Value for money, you cannot go wrong. The breakfast buffet was fresh and changed daily. It really is a great place to stay in Yangon

Nice hotel with a kind and helpful staff. The room was great as well as the breakfast. The view from the rooftop is amazing : we have a great view over the pagoda Shwedagon, which is located only 20 minutes by foot.

A great little hotel very close to Shwedagon and the park. Felt it was in the country rather than middle of large city. Very friendly staff, large room with windows and a view. Large bathroom with good shower. Everything clean and comfortable. Good breakfast too on the roof with view of Shwedagon.

Nice place for a few nights”
This was my second stay at this hotel, mostly because it is inexpensive and close to my work. The rooms are small but clean, staff is very helpful and their English is good, and the area is super quiet. For me, the only improvement might be breakfast which is passable but cold. There are a few restaurants nearby but by day 4, you may want to take a cab. There are no extras like a gym or a bar, its just a place to sleep, which for a business traveller may be sufficient.

Lovely welcoming and clean”
Wonderful staff, good breakfast with amazing view! Spacious room and since it is a fairly new build also in good condition. Location was perfect for my purposes, and I enjoyed the calm and quiet atmosphere in the neighbourhood. There's a cosy couple of streets with a lovely atmosphere, some shops and a good local food stall in the evening a five minute walk away. Downtown is a good 45 min walk but also an easy taxi ride.

Best thing is the staff ”
Made our room special with a fruit basket and decoration. We were only there a few hours to sleep so can't comment much. But the staff are very friendly and very nice, they even packed up our breakfast (banana, small pound cake and a boiled egg) to go since we had an early flight but breakfast wasn't opened yet.

We were helped out with booking a Taxi to the Bus Station early in the Morning as well as the Bus Ticket itself. As the origially ordered Bus Tickets were not available the Balance was refunded - very honest!

Nice, helpful and friendly staffs. Nice view from the top roof to see Shwedagon Pagoda while enjoy your breakfast. Only AC is working so slow, have to wat a while for getting starrt. Overall is fantastic.
