Good location & great service”

I enjoyed my time at Best Beach Villa, it was close to all things available in Pattaya, the beach(beach Rd) Big C, Bars & Clubs. The rooms were a good size but the bathroom was outdated,having a shower standing in a bath,nah not for me, shower curtain?? & I saw a few cockroaches in the room which is another thing I didnt like. I also couldnt lock the sliding balcony door. But for the price it was a nice place to stay, the staff were great,polite & friendly, the food at the restraunt was fantastic from the buffet breakfast to lunch & dinner,at a good price.The pool was a great size, sauna & gym was good also. The one thing that the hotel should do is to call the room & ask if everything is ok before they give the bar girl back her ID. Overall I had a fantastic time there & would recomend the hotel to anyone who wants a cheap place to stay that is central to everything in Pattaya.

Great deal for the moula. The room was well appointed, very clean, hot water strong flow and free WiFi. The pool is nice, as well the gym but the “sauna” is unique and a great surprise, a big bonus. Also the breakfast buffet and room service were great. The buffet had exceptional western & Thai offerings “real” oj, grapefruit juice, “real” coffee, nice smoked bacon, preserves, “real” maple syrup and pancakes. I’m not an egg guy but they offered fried eggs w both a cooked thru yolk and a runny yolk a nice touch. I realize I’m being specific but the details I mentioned are difficult to come by coupled with a very pleasant staff I would highly recommend this hotel for the money. Also one other detail most hotels in Pattaya have a $25 surcharge for children over 4, Best Beach Villa makes that threshold under 12 up to two children, big plus. Two thumbs up from the big farang from Massachusetts.

A gem in Pattaya!”

Don't expect a brand new hotel, because it's not. For me this was just a great choice of hotel, because of the location, swimmingpool, room-size and balcony with a seaview, cleanliness and staff performance. All the staff (especially receptionists) are so incredible friendly, which is no longer a matter of course in Thailand. Soi 5 was for me a perfect location. It is one of the quiet streets in Pattaya. No bars and no noise. However it's just a short walk to busy soi 6 and second streeet and less than 150 meter to beach and "baht-bus". For 10 baht you can get to Walking Street in 10 minutes. I would come back to Best Beach Villa.

best hotel ever”

Pattaya was my best place in Thailand, and Best Beach Villa was my best hotel ever as this one could exceed your expections how rooms are well done, 24hours hot water..etc, stuff there make you feel like you're in your home, at the front office (receptionist, bellman) and at the restaurant specially those girls with nice and good smiles they are welcoming you for good and delicious breakfast. All they're so friendly and so positively recommending you what to do during your stay there! i would recommend this for my family and my friends as well! keep up the good work guys

nice staff and very clean ”

I found the Best Beach Villa to be one of the cleanest hotels that i have ever stayed in, the house maids also did a fantastic job cleaning the rooms and were very efficient, i also liked the location of the hotel as it was quiet in the evenings but not very far away from the nighlife in Pattaya Beach

Great location and good value for the money”

this was the second time we stayed at best beach villa on soi 5. the location is great, as soi 5 is relatively quiet, yet still very close to all of the day and nightlife attractions pattaya has to offer. it is a short walk from the beach. the rooms are big enough with a balcony overlooking the soi and -- if high enough -- view of the sea. the hotel is kept up well and clean. the staff is friendly and accommodating. breakfast is included and offers a variety of choices for foreigners and thais alike. this is a good value for the money.

close to everything”

The Best Beach Villa on soi 5 in Pattaya is close to all transport. Located not far from beach road where it is easy to hop on to a baht bus it is quite convenient. Up the other end of the street is Big C centre so shopping is a breeze. The hotel itself is clean, the staff are excellent

Excellent Hotel for Economic Traveller”

we had a great stay at this hotel. my family really loved this hotel. for the price we pay we had luxurious rooms with good furniture. rooms are so big comfort so you will sleep till late and miss lots of outer activities. breakfast was very simple but fit for any asian or european. there is a small swimming pool which we could not use during our stay but looks very clean. when you walk out of the hotel within 100 meters you will find the beach/beach road or if you walk 100 meters on the opposite direction you will come to another main roads with lots of shopping restaurent. big c and pataya centre. first you will find "alcatraz" on this road and adjoining open area as a bus stand pls many food stalls with great thai food. the best seafood dine for small money.

Good place for good money”

We had a good stay in Best Beach Villa. The place is very near Pattaya north beach and close to shopping malls / nightlife. We had a cockroach in our room and a lizard in the bathroom, but hey, this is still Thailand. I can recommend this place, especially for the all you can eat breakfast (including bacon) and the super friendly staff. We changed our room around 4 times and they didn't seem to be annoyed at all.

Very Good Hotel close to Beach of pattaya”

This is a very good hotel very close to beach and shopping area. And hotel staff was very friendly too. We did not stay in this hotel for long but still i would strongly recommend this hotel for people who would like to visit pattaya. The best part of this hotel is proximity and easy access to road beach and other part of the town. This was value for money.

Very good hotel and à great location”

Even though i didnt recive any jacuzzi in the room as stated in the booking, we were very pleased with the hotel. Nice and clean. Peaceful surroundings on the soi 5 even if it was cöose to the noisy soi 6. the beach was close and it was East to pickup taxi and tuk tuks. Travelling with two kids 10 and 12 was not the best egen it comes to choose the partyzon Pattaya. But that should not put any negativ points to the hotell since there is not anything they can do about it. Being à family, shopping and passivt thru to Koh chang, we find this à good place to stay. Good value for the money and everything with the booking exept for the jacuzzi ( which we didnt need anyway) was good.

Excellent value for what we paid”

For what we paid could not happy more. I travelled with my 10 yo son and my elderly mom n dad. We book room with extra bed. Bed is good. Just right for us. Not too soft not too firm. Swimming pool in the hotel. But we not use any of the facilities. No tootbrush provided. (not sure.. Maybe if we request, it might provided) But we prefer to use our own. So not a big a deal. Breakfast great. Some menu changes daily. I book 2 nights and extend 1 more night. Alcazar cabaret show just short walk down the road. Beach and food stall short walk also at the end of the road. Mr ten travel just opposite the beach where i book my activities. Nongnooch viilage and floating market. Alcazar cabaret show . Ticket price cheaper than you buy from the spot also include pick up and drop off car serviced to any area we like to travel. No time to shop around. I just compare with the official stated rate at the venue. And its a lot cheaper.

Pattaya is a place that you can choose from hundreds and hundreds of hotels to stay but Best Beach Villa is one of the best choices that one can made - great location, clean rooms, helpful staff, amazing value for money

Nice and good hotel”

the hotel is located close to the beach and 2. road in a quiet place. close to all the action in the northern part of pattaya. the staff is kind and helpful. the whole hotel is clean and well taken care of. the rooms are big and well furnished. the breakfast buffet is also good, with many things to choose from and is served from 06 - 11. the place also has a good pool area. the internet is fast and worked fine the days i was there. i have only possitive things to say about this hotel and i would like to stay here again.

Exceptional”

cannot say anything bad about this place, stayed here for 8 nights end of may and had a lovely stay, only one thing not perfect about it is the pool does not get full sun until around lunch time, but we really enjoyed our stay and would have stayed here the full holiday if we hadn't booked and paid in advance for our other hotel the pattaya blue sky which we found out when we got there was only next door but one, but please anyone do not be afraid to book best beach you will have a wonderful stay.

Great location and value for money ”

Pleasantly surprise by this hotel. Was exorcting a dodgy hotel for the price but the room was on par with hotels I have stayed in which were 9 times the price per night in Australia ! Very clean and cheap mini bar , usually much more expensive . Close enough to everything with the beach at the end of the street and baht buses constantly running on beach and second roads . Great kebabs too at end of street near family mart. No tea or coffee making facility in room but no big deal . We will be back for sure .

another great stay”

I think this is my 3rd stay at Best Beach Villa and like before I have no complaints about staying at this place, the staff is helpful, this time around I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked very inviting, room service and laundry are fast and reasonably priced, I will certainly book this hotel again. I booked the deluxe room and it was spacious and clean with a A/C that works great.

Good location and service with a reasonal price”

The hotel is 5 min away from pattaya beach by walk and very close to the Alcazar show and centeral Marina. Breakfast had a lot of Asian menu with Kimchi and a swimming pool was not bad. The hotel service and room was clean and nice, but overally the hotel looked quiet old and it was. However, the price is very reasonable with a good service.

Nothing bad to say”

Great stay at this hotel. Very central to all the fun of Pattaya. We had a big delay with the airline and didnt arrive till 4am and was surprised at how easy the checkin was. We needed a room with two single beds and that was sorted within minutes. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room was my partners only complaint. mini bar prices were the most reasonable I have ever seen with two mars bars and two beers only costing $10. For the price we were most impressed and will be going back, today in fact as finding Bangkok a little too busy for us and will prefer the beach again.

Exceptional”

All hotels in Pattaya are suffering and this one is no exception. Very few visitors and a skeleton staff In spite of this the service was excellent and the place was exceptionally clean. The deals being offered at this time represent extremely good value but obviously do little for the hotel's bottom line. I hope that they survive the Covid situation and the laid off staff can return to work. I would urge anyone travelling to Pattaya to support this hotel and help them in their efforts to stay afloat.
