Good location, good service”

It was a good stay at Best Louis Hamiton hotel Busan . Hotel is very stylish boutique hotel and it was great value for money. I will recommend to my friends for sure.

A Pleasant Surprise In Busan”

Considering value for money, this boutique hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room we stayed in, although a bit small for two, had a really comfortable bed was clean, and had a good feel to it. The hotel staff were warm, polite, helpful and had a good grasp of English. ( Speaking of helpful: my daughter in the next room misplaced her luggage key. The hotel really took the time and effort to pry open her suitcase! Thanks!!) Everything good and nice seemed to be walking distance from the hotel. A convenience store was right across; the airport limousine bus station was an easy 2-minute walk; really good dining places abound the area; and for me, the most fun was the walk at the Haeundae Beach!! Shopping malls like Shinsegae, Lotte and Centum were easily accessed by cabs from the hotel. We had a really memorable time in Busan!

Good place to stay and can walk to the beach”

It was very pleasant to stay at the Best Louis Hamilton Hotel. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were attentive. The issue was that english speaking staff is limited Vs the bigger hotels but this was no real problem to us.

Incredible value for luxury boutique experience”

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Haeundae area. It's right behind the Grand Hotel and very close to the beach. The building is brand new, so everything felt clean and modern. There is a station where you can rinse off your feet when returning from the beach. I also enjoyed my free manicure. Overall an excellent stay!

my stay at Best Louis Hamilton ”

The hotel is located near by Haeundae beach almost 2-3 minutes and not quite far from the Busan KTX station it might take on average 40-50 mins and you need to travel once. specially it is a very nearby place for someone who wants to visit Busan for conference at BEXCO or recreation around Haeundae are. There are convince stores, restaurants and pub for drink (Specially i recommend a place in front of the hotel i forgot the name). The staff are really great too cooperative. The price of the room was pretty fair and varies depending on the choose of room. BUT you will be charged extra for laser blade, beer and even for a bottle of water in the mini fridge which you get it for free in other hotels and the funny thing is the price was too expensive so i was really disappointed on this. The other important aspect of this hotel was the cleanness of the bed, the bed sheet, the shower room and the bath room it was fine. BUT BUT the floor of the room was really TERRIBLE the floor in the corridor was better in terms of cleanness than the room i was so disappointed and they tried to clean it with water and it was not dry so it makes some awful smell (maybe i don't know about other rooms condition but mine was like this). The breakfast was PERFECT i really liked it they serve a lot of different dishes, fruits and vegetables.

the hotel staff respond immediately as soon as the main door is opened, the hotel is just one junction away from the famous haeundae beach. the mrt statiom is less than 500 metres away.

What a great hotel!”

It was a last minute decision to go to Busan, and we chose this hotel. We loved it so much that we added a day to our visit. The staff is excellent, the location is perfect, and we were quite surprised at the modern decor. Loved it!

Lives up to its boutique hotel label”

One of the hidden treasures in Busan. Exceptional interior design, clean, spacious, lovely shower design, fantastic location such that it is within walking distance to the hustle and bustle but hidden away for some privacy.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice hotel ”

Great stay, very nice boutique hotel. However takes around 10 to 15 mins walk to the subway. Still a convenient location as many eateries nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if come to Busan.

Beautiful boutique hotel at the heart of Haeundae”

A bit pricey, but comfortable and great location”

My title pretty much sums it up, but a few tips for travelers: This hotel is quite nice, but for this price, you'd expect certain things to be included. Toiletries were there, with the exception of a toothbrush (always included in Korean motels), but luckily you can acquire one in the lobby for 1000 won (but they wouldn't bring it to the room?) There were two of us, but they didn't automatically give us two keys. A big annoyance because you need the key for the elevator and the electricity in the room, so if one of you wants to step out, you're out of luck. (Second one was available on request) And for those of you who are used to more western accommodations - the toilet and shower are separated by semi-frosted glass, which can get awkward.

The room is small, but the room is super clean and quiet at night. This hotel is very close to beach (a couple of min walking).

great holiday with this hotel, near the beach and we could work anywhere we want to go around beach. also all stuff is new and clean. i will come again in next time.

Day trip to Busan”

Hotel was easy to find, nice location for access to Hyundae Beach and very nice inside. Valet parking was very handy. Enjoyed the stay.

The room is quite small but enough space for solo travellers. The staff is very friendly, good English and helpful. The location is close to everywhere. I’m contented with my staying here.
