Th e Coyote Point Best Western was a great addition to our itinerary. The hotel was reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in booking us another night when our vacation plans fell apart on us on one leg of our trip. They also had a wonderful breakfast. We found them to be very convenient to the airport and downtown San Francisco.

Exceptional”
Only complaint was we could hear the conversations of the people either next to us or above us. At midnight it was a little annoying, otherwise, we enjoyed staying at Coyote Point.

Hotel near the airport and freeway”
Landed in San Francisco about 11 pm after a 18 hour flight, by the time I passed through immigration, custom and rented a car, it was about 1 pm. I arrived at Best Western close to 1:30 pm and my room was not ready, this is not convenient since I had just traveled 17 hours and I wanted to freshen up and rest a bit before my meeting. I finally checked in about 6:30 pm after work, the room was a nice size and quiet. So I had a good night sleep. The morning breakfast was nothing special, just food. I told the front desk I will leave about 1 pm. So I went back up stairs to sleep. The front desk called me about 11:40 am saying I have passed late check out. This I thought was very unfriendly because I had already told the front desk about 1 pm checkout, and they said OK. I dont see the PLUS side of the this Best Western PLUS.

we stayed for 2 nights, room is comfortable, clean and very decent size. Great location, 6 mins away from airport, a big plus point. Breakfast is very decent, offers hot meal.Will stay again.

Well-run hotel, very friendly staff”
All was well, except for a rowdy guest who deliberately triggered the hotel fire alarm late at night, forcing an evacuation. The hotel knows the identity of the perpetrator(s) and apparently intends to prosecute. It would have been a nice gesture if the hotel had offered inconvenienced guests some form of compensation.

Everything was great. The guy on the reception desk went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. Breakfast was relly nice too. Only problem we had was finding the hotel when we first arrived, you'll benifit from a good navigation system.

Nice hotel with decent room size. Breakfast was great with the sausage patty and self made waffle. Gym was small but adequate to keep oneself healthy. Laundry can be done at US3.0 per wash along with dryer thus very convenient for business travelers who are staying for long.

Decent hotel with pretty much all you need”
No problems with this hotel. Breakfast was a little disappointing but typical for this kind of hotel. Would stay again as price was reasonable for the area.

Excellent location and kind employee”
I met a very kind employee in reception, and could ask enough information for my trip. And the hotel provide free wifi access and business room to use computer. But my room was so noisy due to the ventilator in bathroom. It might be too old or broken. Moreover, I could hear people in next room talking through the wall. Breakfast was just like a light free meal, but I had to in hurry to take a seat. Seats were not enough for guests. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Vacation at BW Coyote Inn”
Horrible experience when checked in. Didn't mention what the place offered. We had to go back to him after we couldn't find the elevator. Terrible. However, the checkout person was kind and friendly. I would have given a 5 stars if it weren't for the check in person.
