▶ Introduction to the Waiting System for departure
1. If you recognize the QR code on the hotel notice provided at the time of check-in as the basic camera, you can apply for waiting according to the procedure.
2. Please check out 10 minutes before the expected departure time and wait for a while on the first basement floor, and you will receive a message saying "Please enter."
(Expected waiting time: 4 to 5 minutes per car)
3. Tell the parking staff the 4 digits of the car number and the warehousing location along with a message and we will inform you of the departure.

My room overlooked the beach. When I opened the window, the sound of waves filled the space. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was large and firm but not hard. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were patient when I had to call a few times because my taxi driver wouldn't take me to the correct location. They even put me through to reservations to extend my room another day without a fuss. I love that you need your key to use the elevator (safety). There is a store on the first floor with products if you forget something and taxis have easy access. It is in a great location for coffee and food. I loved just laying on the beach right across from my room. I couldn't hear people in the rooms next to me or in the hall (another plus) and, when I closed my window, the room was silent. It was great to just fall asleep without having to ignore even unintentional noises.

The hotel was very clean and the staff spoke very good English. The beach was very quiet, which is what we were looking for. However, if you’re not a fan of food and you would like a choice for American food you might not want to choose Songdo. The hotel is very close to the sky cable and there are great places for picture opportunities. Very pleased with the cleanliness and size of the hotel room. I would highly recommend.

This hotel will be a good option once is completed and their staff trained in basic hospitality skills. I recommend you call ahead before making a reservation to ensure what you want is available at the price your are booking. I did not get the single bed, breakfast or gym as advertised. They gym still under construction. I think in a few months, the hotel will be a solid option for those who want to be a that beach. I would get the rooms with beach view for an espectacular view. No much night life on this end of Busan.

Small room but still spacious enough and the view was wonderful. The room was clean and we had a nice stay. The parking is the only negative so if you’re gonna stay here, don’t bring your car. It takes a long time to get your car as they use an car elevator system and not regular parking slots. Overall, our stay was very nice. The cleaning lady was very kind and professional and the hotel staff was courteous as well.

City or Beach view doesn't matter. ”
They're both beautiful views. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is right at the beach. There is a 24hr shop in case you forget something. Food is close by and Starbucks is downstairs. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I appreciate the features at this location.

First. Not all the facilities are finished, only rooms and lobby are done. Second. They confused the guest name, so other guest opened my room door by accident. Third. If price range between Cityview and Oceanview are litearally same, they should not post "Ocean" picture on Cityview room.

No frills beach view”
If you want a less crowded, beach view hotel, this will be it. The view was breathtaking when I entered the room. There are some seafood restaurants along the stretch and a convenience store. Otherwise, there’s nothing much there. Will have to hail a cab if you want to go elsewhere as it’s not near any train station. But to get this view at this price, it was worth it. Room is very big too.

Very nice hotel right on Songdo Beach. We had rooms with beach view terrace and loved the view. Family room with a Double and single is great for older kids. Only downside is rooms were on small side.
