"I stayed in a single room, with large bed, mosquito net and came with attached shower and toilet made in stone decor. Had a nice little balcony to sit out as well. The place in itself is on a valley and has good sights. Do note that this place is a little away from the market. Shouldn't cost more than USD 3 /4 for a round trip though. The restaurant and bar area is really cool, made up of totally wooden chairs, tables even ashtrays! The staff were a helpful lot and I made real good friends with delightful kids - Saly, Jumik, Phi and Vanda who live around there. Food was nice, especially the Khmer curry. "Mr. Happy", the resident tour guide, set me up on a day jungle trek with food cooked in Bamboo and threw in Moto for a day to visit the Yaek Lom lake and Kachang Waterfall. Also helped with booking my bus ticket. All in all a nice place to stay amongst trees and listen to the birds chirp."

"We had a lovely time here. If we needed anything the staff would help us, we had clean rooms everyday and nothing was to much trouble from booking Motos to mini van back to Phnom Penh. If you are looking for a nice, cheap place to stay this is it. Does not have a restaurant and is a little bit out of the centre of town. "

"I stayed in a Bungalow (looked like mostly bungalows). It had a bath tub, rain shower and regular shower. It had more character than a typical hotel. Good cable & TV. I liked the location because I wanted to be closer to Yeak Loam area but walking distance to downtown Ban Lung. A little difficult to find from the map and is off of a dirt dead end road. Very quiet while I was there in low season. Curtain could have been less see through but all bungalows have trees around them. Grounds and room were clean and well kept. Staff was helpful for my needs. "
