"Nice hotel and right next to Birmingham airport. Unfortunately, there was a stench from the bathroom and toilet. We did not have time to complain as we were in and out. Also, staff kept entering our room (did not ring the doorbell). This happened a few times and luckily we had the latch on all occasions"

"We had a good stay in the Moxy hotel while waiting for our train to London. It is conveniently located close by a big mall with restaurants, where we had dinner at the The World Bar. Sadly of the two elevators the one elevator in the hotel did not work, therefor it was very slow getting up and down. Other than that we did not have any problems and the hotel exceeded our expectations."
