its my second review to this place. its still very good. the reception upgraded our room for a sea view again. restaurant and concierge service is still spotless. prices are good compared to other 5stars in the area this one have the best price benefit advantage in my opinion, good quality for best price and excellent service. TV have youtube and Netflix, bed is extra comfy. atmosphere is good and kids loves the abundant kids playing room and the kids pool. We definitely reccomend them!

Excellent hotel & great staff”
This is my 3rd stay and I am sure there will be a 4th (assuming good room rates). New hotel with good facilities, staff including Jennie at reception made the stay so much more enjoyable with the smiles and service, this is from the security guard at the entrance of the property to the bell boys and the cleaners, great job. Bulk of the guest are Chinese and Korean tour groups, didnt partake in breakfast based on reviews of tour guest behaviour. Gym facilities are good and swimming pool is fab. Located away from the sleazy/"fun" side of Pattaya but close enough for those who want to partake, about 15 min by Songthaew. Some decent eating place near the hotel should you wish to eat out, look forward to my next stay at the hotel and hope it keeps its standard as they are as this is one of my fav hotels having stayed at many in the area.

love the King size bed a lot. That’s the biggest i have ever stayed. Luckily, I have been arranged to the room with two big windows that i can enjoy the sunset of Pattaya beach at my own room .it was so nice.

Pros: - new hotel with contemporary design - fantastic views on Pattaya (esp. from Corner seaview room) - very friendly, sincerely smiling staff - located in quickly developing area (new trade center is 10 minutes walk, good quality restaurants are all around) Cons: - many Chinese, whose behavior is unaccaptable for public places

The hotel staff is very friendly and hospitable, the entire hotel is clean in and out including the rooms and facilities. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, I have nothing negative to add great value for what we paid and would stay here again.

Almost perfect”
We were on the 29th floor and had the Deluxe Sea View. Huge bed! The only issue with the room was that I wish they had cleaned the floor better. Even the next day when the maids were in again it looked like they did a really quick job with a broom. Needs to be better if they want 5 star reviews. That being said, the staff were super friendly and helpful, front desk, bellman and bartender on 10th floor. The location in North Pattaya is much quieter and calmer than other places around, and the new local business and restaurants make this an attractive spot.

Stayed here at least 4 times now, love the place, its clean, staff are the best, facilities particularly the pool and gym are super. Location for me is great as don't want to be in the main part of sin city, can easily get to the main stretch. hotel rooms have amazing views both city and sea views. Yes i could get a hotel cheaper and more near the beach area but I have become a big fan of this hotel from the good experience I have had here over the numerous times I have been here that the alternative would need to be super value for money or facilities before i would stop going to the Brighton. The tourist groups that normally favour the hotel can be a downside but the advantages of the hotel outweigh for me the disadvantages.

I was overall very pleased with the hotel, the hospitality, the fitness center, the staff and locale. I was surprised; however, that the hotel is assigned a 5-star rating, up there with the likes of Intercontinental Resort, Waldorf Astoria. Bedrooms lack furnishings like bedside lamps and closets, no AC in the hallways or elevators, no live entertainment that you would find in most other 5-stars, no fitness trainer/coach available in the gym and no business center.
