        Clean, green and not far from the city. Simplicity at its best ”

        This was my second time in the Bulaeinn Villa and it just gets better. If you are looking for a nice getaway close from the city (2 hrs drive from yangon), it cannot get better than this. This humble place has its own sophistication with all the antiquites placed in the rooms. The staffs are super friendly. You are in the middle of the nature so do not get surprised by few ants, spiders or lizards. You are guest in their home so if you are complaining about that you better stay in the city. I will be definitely going back for more.

        Grounds are nice, but the description of facilities is inaccurate. ”

        Poor customer service. The air conditioning was extremely weak, and staff did not take any action until after the third complaint in the evening. Resolution was to offer us a smaller room. The manager didn't believe us when we asked for shampoo because there were none provided (only soap) and asked what was wrong with our two towels when we asked for a third (for a family of 3). No facilities such as playground or swing for children. Many features listed are in communal area and not in individual rooms. Wi-Fi in room is extremely weak. No TV except at reception. No blackout curtains.

        A little gem hidden away in nature”

        Quiet and beautiful location some 10 miles away from bago. Great nature surroundings. Friendly staff, good food and nice large pool. Large rooms and good restaurant.
