The gym need some improvement, it’s pretty small and the treadmills are pretty much all out of order. "

"Loved our stay at the Melia Yangon, hotel entry was so grand and beautiful centre piece hanging from the ceiling, staff very professional and polite, our room on the 22d floor was very spacious with beautiful windows and views, bed was massive and very comfortable, breakfast was amazing with so many choices of tasty food. Hotel is across the road from Inya Lake where you can have morning and evening walks, next door to the hotel is the Myanmar Plaza shopping centre, with a food court/restaurants on the top floor. Distance to the city centre depends on the traffic but it's not that far. Would definitely stay at the Melia Yangon again."

"I was well received by the hotel friendly staff. I was shown all the amenities in the room and use of safety box in the room. Room services were very good and amazingly fast. The bedroom was very clean. Bathroom room was clean too. Near the Inya Lake but 30 minutes from the City."

"My wife and I stayed recently at Mercure Yangon Kaba Aye with our two grown up daughters and a nephew. We stayed in a two bed room apartment and a deluxe room for my nephew. We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Yangon Kaba Aye very much, the accommodation was very comfortable with large rooms and moving areas, very clean and comfortable bath rooms, large comfortable beds and sofas, dining table and chairs. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of Asian and western foods, cakes, fruits and beverages. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us to feel at home. The swimming pool was bit cold and the gym was great. The airport pick up and transport back to the airport were perfect. Overall it is a great value for the money and we will choose this facility for any any future visits to Myanmar."

"this is a new good place to stay in the inya lake area. no facilities but a nice room w flat TV . WiFi etc and plenty of good restaurants next door. if bed pillows and cover would have been of better (highest) standard it would have been top marks."
