Good location, it’s just next to castle. It’s nice to see the castle from the window. The bed is clean and comfy, bathroom is clean and separate for females and males. The kitchen has everything there and you can cook whatever you want. The common area is awesome like a cafe, they even have a cinema room but so sad I don’t have time for it. The staff is helpful and the tour is good.

The hostel provides a room to store luggage, and also provides free coffee and hot chocolate. Hostel is located in the middle of Edinburgh as well, making it convenient to travel and visit Edinburgh. Thank you for the amazing stay for the past 3 days :-)
Everything was excellent, they provide everything you may need from a hostel and more (free tea and coco, very generous) The mattress was kind if shit in the dorm.

Their tag line says it’s probably the best hostel in the world but I can 100% guarantee that THIS IS THE BEST HOSTEL IN THE WORLD. I loved my stay here. After being exhausted by hostels in London, when I came to Edinburgh and checked in to my room, it felt like I was at home. It had a very comforting feeling and staff was very welcoming. I loved how beautiful it overall is. I made so many friends here. I can’t wait to be back here again.
