This hotel is conveniently located near Fisherman's Village and offers easy transportation. Guests can enjoy its night market and nearby 7-11. The staff, including Run, Amy, Bell, Noi, and Tum, are friendly and welcoming, providing a pleasant stay. IMPORTANT: note that the rooms labeled “Tropical ___” are in the older part of the hotel, less modern, and not as close to the infinity pool. We booked 2 nights in a Deluxe room – absolutely amazing: modern, spacious, super comfortable. We loved it so much we wanted to extend our stay, but by mistake booked a Tropical room (and even paid more!). From there, things went downhill: reaching the manager took about 25 hours, endless waiting, and in the end she was completely unhelpful. The whole process felt disrespectful of our time and money. That being said, the hotel itself is beautiful. The complimentary 7am paddle board yoga with Pinto was incredible, and the breakfast is excellent. If management improves, this place could be a dream.
Room was spacious and amazing kinda value the money but failures by lightening system as white bulb in bathroom in the Middle Of orange bulbs were vision diturbance and airconditioner which was not remoted by a controller wirelesslg but by panle On the wall and always switched off itself as well internet disconnectio at room 425. Internet speed was not perfect Breakfast was amazing but not ideal as juices were not real but kinda value the money because of its variety but dirty. Like weekend breakfast was better than weekday obviously. Even oats was replaced by corn flakes. Some of coffee machines were failing to function well for that type of coffee . Swimming towels were having deep smell of mold covered by softener No shampoo next to the pool showers Infinity swimming pool was next to beach and sandy feet to go next to pool to wash was needed. Staff were professional but too strict and too commandimg with kinda aggression beahviour specially at breakfast and at the pool. I left the breakfast table to go and get my coffee when I was back to table the plates were evacuated but never cleaned the table. Staff at breakfast were more behaving security rather than hospitality.

The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are tastefully designed, and I loved the cozy seating area right outside each room. This was our third time staying at Celes Samui, and it never disappoints. We held our wedding here last year, and this time we returned to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and everything was just as perfect as we remembered. The atmosphere is still amazing, the breakfast is delicious with a great variety of choices, and the staff are truly exceptional. I’d especially like to thank the Front Office team at Celes Samui Palm Beach for their kindness and professionalism. They helped upgrade our room to a Deluxe again, after there was a mistake from the agency regarding the room type. Despite the issue, the staff handled everything calmly and courteously no frustration at all, just warm and professional service. Another highlight was the morning staff at the F&B team who recognized us from our wedding last year. They greeted us and took the time to chat with us such a lovely and personal touch that made our stay even more special. From the moment we arrived, the hotel gave us such a calm and relaxing feeling, it finally felt like a real holiday! The view from the infinity pool was absolutely stunning. Our pool villa was spacious, offering plenty of privacy and quality time together. The location was also perfect, a 7-Eleven is just a 3-minute walk away, and Fisherman’s Village is nearby you could walk there if you don’t mind, though we opted for a Grab ride. If you love massages, you must try the treatments at Reviv Spa. My husband said it was one of the best massages he’s ever had, and I couldn’t agree more. It felt completely different from the typical street-side massage places, the oils smelled so luxurious, and the whole experience was truly pampering. Honestly, we’re already dreaming of going back and staying there long-term.
