Great location and friendly staff”
It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Shinjuku Station to the hotel. On the way from the station to the hotel, there are many famous tourist spots, restaurants, department stores, and Don Quijote, so I was able to eat at a tonkatsu restaurant I wanted to go to before checking in. There's a Lawson convenience store right below. It was my first time staying in Shinjuku, and the location of Shinjuku is very good... It's a transfer station that goes directly anywhere, so the geographical conditions are very good, and there were many restaurants I wanted to try on the way to the hotel, and it was only 5 minutes away from the club I wanted to go to in Shinjuku. It's located on a main road, so it's not hard to find, and the hotel is surprisingly quiet. The staff were always kind and responsive whenever I had a request or needed assistance. They were efficient in their work, and although the quality of service was not at the level of a 5-star hotel, I would still give them 5 stars for the effort the staff put in. If you're staying for 2-3 days, I recommend trying the breakfast at this hotel! The bread and curry are excellent! 👍
Front Tani
Excellent Hotel”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, close to public transportation, shopping, and great dining options. It’s incredibly convenient for both tourists and business travelers. The facilities are top-notch as well. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Tokyo 2024”
Hotel was conveniently located in Shinjuku. All the basic amenities were included. Staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating. Room size was a bonus 17m² which beats the standard 10/11 m². Drip coffee in room was delish but the free fresh ground coffee in lobby was even better! While the cleanliness was decent a bit more care from housekeeping would be appreciated. (We do understand that general labour is in short supply in Japan.) Great value for money & will stay again on our next visit. 🤩

Fun Stay”
We spent the last leg of our Japan trip in Shinjuku. It's a good location and close to the train station. It was hard for us to find and we had to ask for help. Close to lots of shopping and food. Just know that the hotel is surrounded around a lot of clubs and bars. It was perfectly safe and no issues but we did come across harmless drunk people in the morning while we were walking around. The hotel was acceptable. Room was small but expected for Japan. Beds were comfortable. Super close to 7-11. It was about a 12-15 minute walk to the Shinjuku Train Station.
"Thank you very much for staying at Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo. We would like to share your comments with our entire staff and will make use of them to improve our services in the future. Thank you very much for taking time out of your busy schedule to provide us with your valuable feedback. We sincerely look forward to serving you again."
Good location and value for money hotel”
Stayed for three nights in Citadines Central Shinjuku Hotel. It’s about 400-460 meters from Seibu Shinjuku train station and Shinjuku 3 Chome subway station, and in quieter area of busy Shunjuku with good Japanese and fastfood restaurants around it. It’s a few blocks away from central street and the Godzilla Head where shops, restaurants and entertainment abound. The hotel restaurant serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and there’s a Lawson convenience store downstairs. The buffet breakfast is good with western and Japanese selections and good coffee. Stayed in a double bedroom at 18 square meter which by Japan standard is a decent size (I’ve stayed in smaller hotel rooms). The room has all the amenities a traveler needs, with potable tap water plus there’s a water dispenser in all floors. I liked the bed especially the pillows (has soft and hard sides) - I slept well. The staff are extra nice and they have ready printed materials for directions to several attractions. Shout out to Mai who advised me on using airport limousine and helped me booked it. I fully paid prior to arrival and my only suggestion is for the total bill to already include the local tax (I had to pay it upon arrival). Overall, an enjoyable stay and I would consider staying in the same hotel in future trips.
