Where to stay in City Center - Södermalm
City Center - Södermalm hotels & accommodations

The quality of this hotel definitely didn’t disappoint, the retro opulence of it made it quite magic and the location couldn’t be more convenient - close to the metro, ferry, and easy to just walk around to Södermalm, Gamla Stan or even to the Center. Would definitely recommend as the price is pretty reasonable compared to other options in Stockholm.

Great buffet breakfast with a variety of options including fresh coffee, made-to-order eggs, and staff to clean up the plates (and replenish) the food as needed. The staff was SO kind to hold our luggage as we took a quick trip to another country...they kept them for free! It was a huge relief and greatly appreciated. It's a bit far from the city center but the publi...

I stayed for another two days after the conference and switched to a single room (green), which was just as delightfully arranged as the previous twin one(red). The hotel offers easy accesses to bus and metro which made my leisure trip as smooth as silk. Bus 43 and 55 take you directly to old town and city center and the Slussen T-BANA, which is only a 5min walk away,...

Staff were. very helpful, adding a third adult to the booking at short notice and providing a trundle bed. Arrangements were also made to check in after reception had closed. Tea and coffee making facilities were available near the room. A very good breakfast was provided to suit gluten, dairy and pork allergies. It was only a short walk down to the Viking ferry term...

Photoshopped photos on Google. Took forever to get the room after checking in. Shower only had hot water. No one at front desk to complain about shower, had to wait until morning. In the morning had a different staff that was more helpful and understanding. Have offered us another room but the show leaked water all over. Finally got a third room. The triple was tiny. T...

A nice hotel in a reasonably good location. One can even walk to the city, Gamla Stan a 15 minute walk away. Tunnelbana very near hotel entrance. Rooms clean and comfortable and nicely decorated as well. I was also allowed to check in 8 am without any problems. Tasty and varied breakfast included. Deffinitely would consider staying again.

I really liked being in Sodermalm. It's very easy to get to the city center and even north of the center, but Sodermalm has a long history and character of its own that I really enjoyed. Because it's not primarily a tourist center, it has lots of restaurants where regular people eat, plus things like a great tea shop and natural food stores. I took a had a lot of good ...
