Simple Hotel with good location ”
Good location (near boat jetty and bus station). Staffs were a little over-zealous in getting me to pay up for breakfast when I had mistaken mine was included.

My partner and I felt welcomed staying here. The staffs are friendly and were able to respond to our needs. Furthermore, the General Manager of the hotel came down every day to ask for feedbacks/giving tips to the customers on where to visit in Yangon. Awesome.

Local market is within 100 meters. All local amenities are within 300 meters. Church, Mosque, buddies and Hindu Temples are within 500 meters. Easy and cheap to get taxi all around the Yangon. Reasonable, affordable price and I will choose this hotel again in near future.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, and the food was terrific!!! BUT.... Arrived to a room that looked nothing like the pictures. Instead of one large bed like i requested, I was given two twin beds for the night, no biggie, besides the fact that the sheets were not clean. The bathroom was very under kept. The next day, we were moved to a new room. When we walked in, it was like we were in a completely new hotel! The room was so clean, very spacious, and have nice clean sheets. Everything was great until went to brush my teeth and shower. There was no water. I spoke about this problem twice and it was never resolved. I was very disappointed with the room because the location and staff were so lovely.

Large rooms in a central location ”
I always enjoy staying here on my many trips to Yangon on business. The price is budget, so don’t expect luxury, but the larger than average rooms puts it above hotels in a similar price bracket. Although breakfast does not cater for foreigners in my view, the friendly service and fridge and kettle in the room make minimalistic self catering possible. The upper floor rooms benefit from fabulous river views across the city, and are bright and airy (again rare for hotels in a similar price bracket). The laundry makes everything go slightly yellow, but if you can handle that, and a slightly grimy bath tub, then you will be fully set up for life in downtown, with great restaurants nearby.

Happy with the large room. Close to amenities. Can't expect more for a 2-3 Star hotel. Being a Muslim hotel, you can't have drinks in the restaurant downstairs.
