"I'm not sure why other reviewers complain about room rate. You get what you pay for. The room is very new and clean. Phenomenal services. We got a surprised complimentary jar of warm milk with cookies at 8:00 pm which adds a lot of touch to our stay. It is served in beautiful white porcelain. Staff are very attentive and so helpful. They will not let you roll it even lift your backpack. Most importantly, its scenic view is very spectacular. "

"The service of this hotel is impeccable. They were so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are fantastic, and the wifi was great. Their breakfast was one of the best we've had (a big buffet) and the room itself was extremely clean and comfortable. Two drawbacks: I wasn't able to plug in our water boiler because no socket could fit it (which was not a big deal, but a little strange) and the location is right off of a very busy road so it's a little intimidating to drive/walk it at night. But overall this hotel was an incredible value and i would absolutely recommend it."
