When we were looking for the place we were doubtful about it being a good place to stay. But the man running the desk that night was very polite and nice. The rooms were clean. The roaches, poor service, I really would like my money back, mold and mildew around the tub which is a health hazard I couldn't take a shower due to the fact i didnt have anything to bathe with I would like my money back.

My sister lives in Florida and I'm in Athens, since we only see each other a couple of times a year we ALWAYS spend at least one night at this Extended Stay so that we can enjoy our FAVORITE restaurant and girl time together. Everyone is always very accommodating. This time Larry was AWESOME......Thanks Larry for making our check in seamless.

The hotel is clean and spacious ! Staff is friendly, they have a secured underground car park( 5 dollar charges ). The breakfast is so fantastic and full of choices. One of the best that we have stayed in our 2 weeks trip so far

The airplanes were of course loud but of course they’re located right by the airport; you’ll get use to it after a few hours. The staff is actually really nice and genuine just don’t take forever. Hotel has No dishes, pots and pans, rags, dish detergent, cups, utensils inside room. Not even an ice machine. You got to bring your own everything. Nice rooms and comfy beds though. I did see a couple roaches too!

We had to clear out if our home for contractors and were delighted to find an available inexpensive place to stay with our two dogs. The check-in attendant kindly found me a 1st floor room when I felt too weary to deal with 4th floor. The room was spacious and clean; the bed was very comfortable. Excellent, safe location. I would stay there again when in town.

Me and my boyfriend stayed Mon-Wed. Thought it would be a great idea to surprise him and make his favorite meal. Good location. Close to shopping and restaurants .Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. One negative thing was that after usiing the shower, we found water leaking out of the shower and left a small puddle on the bathroom floor.

Noisy, no coffee in rooms, but inexpensive.

A half hour to check in. Got a room change to a handicap. Only thing that was handicapped was three bars in tub. Woke up next morning to a leaking pipe in bathroom. Reported it. I was admitted to the hospital and when my husband returned the leak was not fixed. He was there for four nights. They finally fixed the leak the last night. A horrible experience.

For the type of hotel chain it's pretty good to stay at and it's located in a good area lots of things around it

Air conditioner was annoyingly loud. Bed fitted sheet kept coming up. A flying bug.of some kind flew behind the bed. Never could find it. TV needs to have instructions posted. Difficult to figure out. I will not be a repeat guest.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Construction was taking place, but that didn't really affect us. I was disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. The breakfasts were very good. I would stay here again. Good value for the price!

The shuttle driver was very rude. He was disrespectful to guest, he run the shuttle like it was at his and not hotels.

I really liked this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and big, the staff was helpful and transport to the airport was easy. Breakfast was really nice. Just make sure you know which Hampton Inn you are booked at before taking the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, as there are about three Hampton Inns.

We were in Cobb County for a travel baseball tournament. The room was very clean, and the staff was extremely nice upon check in. Going out each morning, they would wish my boys good luck, and ask them how they did upon arriving back each evening. There are tons of restaurants within 2 or 3 miles of the hotel. Will stay here again when we play in this area!

I enjoyed my time. The room was cozy and seemed clean enough up until but we spotted a few roaches. The staff was nice but we asked for things we some times did not get. I loved the fact the room came with a cook in kitchen. So overall not a bad stay I just DO NOT do critters.

The only complaint we had was that the wall in the bathroom was pretty nasty when we arrived, and the bathroom sink clogged immediately on the first day and didn’t drain for the rest of the time we were there.
