Eilat hotels & places to stay

Upon check in I found two hairs on my bed and hairs in the bathroom from a previous guest - and asked for the bed to be remade which the hotel did. Hotel staff also said if made a tour of the diamond sales centre I would be given real pearl earrings - this was not the case and the diamond sales centre was very pushy and overpriced - I would not recommend. The location by the diving school was great and breakfasts were fresh and with lots of choices. Views from hotel superb, diving school great, and a good base for my stay in Eilat. Would go back and stay again.

if you want a pampered stay in a 5 star hotel with reasonable prices then the rimonim hotel eilat is definetly the right choice.located at the north beach the hotel has an easy access to the beach promenade with all its restaurants,cafes and shops without getting disturbed by any noise.room are nicely decorated with a balcony and all the features of the hotel are fantastic.the highlight is the daily breakfast buffet....so many choices and fantastic food...unbelievable great and fresh food!!

My two daughters and I loved it! The ride up from the hotel in the little buggies was a highlight. The layout of the rooms, nestled into the mountainside felt luxurious. The walk down the paths to the pools was lovely - felt we were in a tropical jungle! The only downside was the staff- hotel manager rude; service at the pool side restaurant very slow and inefficient ; and one morning we woke up with a male member of staff actually in our bedroom . My teenage daughter was not amused - he did not speak English but I can think of no good reason why he needed to come into our bedroom at 9 am. Excellent location if you want to go to coral beach, the camel ranch , scuba diving and to the aquarium- they are all within walking distance . A taxi ride from the centre of Eilat - will cost you 36-50 shekels depending on time of day. Airport cost 46 shekels .

The location it is ok ,but i have problem with code for exterior door . for me was impossible to call the owner ( the phone number was from Booking Israel ! ) . The code is 2525# . We received wifi code from some neighbor . Next day electricity was stopped in one room but we have in living room . They come and repair after 4 hour but after that wifi did not work anymore . It was difficult to make check-inn .

The Red Sea Hotel was a lovely hotel. The check in was quite and my room was nice. The room was small but the bed was confortable enough for sleeping well. The air conditioner worked well here and the bathroom was clean with the shower working good too. There were kids running away making noise in the hallways before midnight however the hotel staff did there best to try to keep them quite.

The location is great, 5 minutes to the beach and beach promenade with restaurants, shops and all entertainment you'll need. Rooms are clean, very comfortable bed, private terrace, fridge, microwave and cooking facilities, good WIFI and a big cable flat TV with lot's of channels. In the building is a 24 hour minimart and a wine and liquor store.  15 minutes walk to the main city center is a well-stocked supermarket and the central bus station, where Ovda Airport bus departs 3 hours before flight departures (fare 21.50 NIS). Eilat has a widespread public WIFI accessable, also on the beaches. There is no 24 hrs reception but if necessary, between 10:00-22:00, the administration of the complex is at your disposal on the phone. The manager Oleg is very nice and friendly, always willing to help. Note: the location is next to the Eliat Airport for local flights, when airplane is landing or taking off, it can get noisy. Fortunately there is no traffic during the night (22.00-07.00).

I didn't see that pool which on the picture, otherwise the hotel is good for the money they charge. Breakfast is good, there variety of choices, salads, coffee, tea, juices, cheeses, eggs, etc. for just $12 more. Good and safe parking lot. Nice location, 5 minutes to shopping center. and a lot of restaurants and pubs. 5 minutes to beaches. The only bothering things is a very loud music until 2 am from the near pub.

I’ve been in many countries and many hotels with good food but Futuny this week Leonardo Privilege suprised me. I like good food and if you like it too this hotel is for you. In opinion of all hotel guests all dishes were excellent and very tasty. Staff was friendly, no issues. Noce swinning pool and very close to everything you need, beach, exchange, stores etc. It was pleasant stay

Located in the beginning of the boardwalk of Eilat, near Mall Hayam. The entrance seems renovated recently and includes several seats and a small bar. The rooms are nice, partially turn in the direction of the airport - but it seems not to disrupt too much (especially when the door to the balcony is closed). The breakfast is really good, a lot of choices that can fit adults and kids. The hotel also offers dinner for 120 NIS per person (we did not took the offer). There is also free parking (might be full when the hotel is fully booked). Recommended!

This hotel's facade is nondescript but hides a wonderful jewel within. The theme of the hotel lies in its name -- music. Each floor is dedicated to a different genre of music, which plays gently as you get out of the lift. However, it does not leak into your room which is great. The rooms are of adequate size with compact bathrooms. Very restful. The reception staff was always helpful and friendly. We went on the free hotel bikes to the different attractions around. The breakfast was vast.

In a four nig ht stay at the Blue, the Hotel deserves a five 'star' rating without doubt. Its top floors offer a view better than any anywhere - sunrise over the desert and Aquaba or sunset over Eilat are both great to relax and take a photo. Additionally, the staff were super helpful in assist us with a day tour to Petra, Jodan - the 'seventh wonder of the world,' ith the shuttle picking us up at the hotel, the hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the bus station - the only public transport into Eilat with buses running often to/from Jerusalem or Tel Aviv, the beach too, was a short walk as well with showers there after a swim and a mall for a quick bit to eat next door or up the hill on the way to the hotel.

Overall I'm more than satisfied with my stay at Rich Luxury Suits. I booked accommodation at their apartments twice for both of my stays in Eilat before and after trip to Jordan. First time I was upgraded at no additional cost to a more expensive Junior suit. Apart from that luck I should admit that apartments there are spacious, clean and well furbished although the kitchenette has just a few very basic things so you'll be unable to do extensive cooking or the like. Since there is no 24h reception they have established very functional system of key deposit. I liked it very much as well as the possibility of leaving part of my unnecessary luggage while I was on my 2 days trip to Jordan. For the paid price it was undoubtedly the best accommodation I experienced in Israel.

The staff were the best part of this motel, friendly, helpful and easygoing. The facilities are quite old and shabby for the price you're paying, but don't expect anything cheap and good in Eilat. We could see the Red Sea and Jordanian mountains through the window, which was really nice, but the motel is also right in front of the central bus station, and so it's quite loud and not for light sleepers.

In a word, adequate. For 5*, adequate doesn't quite cut it. The hotel did nothing particulary wrong, but my wife and I left feeling fairly benign about the whole experience. From the moment we arrived things were a little bit of a struggle: smoke filled room in a no-smoking hotel, which meant we were downgraded to a non-smoke filled room (which we accepted as the preferable option), new room had broken curtains which meant light seeping in early, everyone at the huge breakfast herded into one area of the large breakfast hall so the staff wouldn't have to tidy up other sections, wild and manky cats eating off tables outside which meant giving up pretty quickly on the chance to eat breakfast outside, no sparkling water from the hotel bar. Nothing too awful or unsatisfactory, but no 5^ care or quality (although the first lady we met at reception was very nice and we had a good chat with the foods manager about the situation at breakfast). We were slightly off-season so mayeb that explains why the place was a little off, but they should also try a little harder with the lobby area - dank and a little dispairing. Other hotels looked far more lively.

Very good property to stay it. It's very maintained by Diana and Stefan. Diana is a great diving trainer as well and she is very friendly and helpful. So staying at Neptun is really amazing if you are at Eilat for diving. Couple of points to note...this is not really a resort per se, its a very large house a bit in the hills, though you can see the Red Sea from the house. Also, its a bit away from the city centre. However, if you wish to stay somewhere comfortable, self catering, focussed on diving, this is the place to be. Enjoy your stay, Eilat is a beautiful dive spot too.

I stayed here for 3 nyts. For a resort this place offered a spacious room and value for money with breakfast included. Upon arrival we also recieved a free dinner voucher from the friendly receptionist. The pool is not heated and your better off swimming at the beach as its warmer. Location is 5 min walk to tye beachfront. You can also take paddlers out around the lagoon for free. The only issue is that the furnishings in the room are dated. Things like curtains, tables and chairs. No iron and board but there is one in a common room on the 2nd level. The bed was comfy. Heater worked well. Tv has limited stations in english (2) . I would stay again especially if they refurbish the rooms.

It's a cheap hotel. Walking distance from the eilat bus central station and airport. 20 minutes from the beach. The stuff isn't very friendly. They show attitude. I was in a shared room for 4 but I was alone. Around midnight the staff lady from the night shift enter in my room with 2 new guests. I was naked in bed (40 degrees and over outside). She scream at me for having the air conditioner on 17 and my luggage in another bed when the room was empty!!! it's okay if you're on a budget just not to stay in the hotel. Good thing it has a kitchen but don't even attempt to be around there after 11pm or they'll scream at you!!! The space is clean.

At Isrotel employees are not allowed to think outside the box. There are restricted by all sorts of rules . The management method of helping customers with a problem is to give them a free perk such as a free meal or late check-out. That is how they deal with the many customer complains they get on an ongoing basis. At Lagoona they also have safety issues such as steps that are not necessarily visible. So many people trip over the same step but management said that it was okay. Illegal light fixtures in the shower. Zoning requires that there be no light fixtures in the shower. Heating and air conditioning system set to fan. No ability to cool, standing electric heaters for those who complain they are cold.
