"This is our third time stay in C-hotels in Florence. Twice in Ambassador and once in Joy hotel around the corner! Don't know where to start or stop complimenting this hotel as we are just in love with staying here every time. Excellent staff, special mention to Matteo at the front desk as he was a legend this time round... location superb just across the train station and close to all amenities... Excellent Trattoria restuarant below next door which we ate at every day we were there!!! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Florence:-)"

"We enjoyed our three night stay here. Was super close to the train station in Florence and was walking distance to the main shopping/restaurant district however is a walk. Give yourself 5-10 mins to get in to the action from this hotel. Great breakfast option, probably the best we had from any hotel during our travels. "

"I loved absolutely everything about this hotel as a solo traveller. It is on the small side, so keep that in mind when booking. Everything is new, so it was the cleanest and most up to date place I stayed my whole trip in Italy in my budget. The only downside is that it is a bit of a walk to the main attractions such as the Duomo, the train station, shopping. Also, late at night, nothing to eat close by past 11pm if you're walking. "

"This is an older building and is very historical. It is a few minutes walk from the train station, Dave Statue and the food markets. The staff is very helpful and sweet. Because of the historical status of the building, some rooms have shared bathrooms and the rooms are small. Otherwise it is a great hotel for a short stay in Florence, Italy. "

I booked 3 nights but had to stay just a 1night against my will since I was kicked out from this hotel. A group of students stayed on the same floor and because they were singing and yelling, my family couldn't fall a sleep until 2am. Because a soundproof condition of room is really shit(you should believe me) anyone can hear other room's conversation clearly. At night, I complain 2 times about the noise to night time manager but he just gave a warning one time and did nothing after that. So I told him that I am going to check out tomorrow and wanna get a refund. He said obviously I can get a refund after 8am. But after 8am, manager has changed to another daytime manager, daytime manger told me I cannot get any refund because I paid fee through Agoda. Furthemore night time manager changed his word that he didn't say about refund. While arguing, I told manager that 'sevice and fascilities of this hotel is shit' because it is really is. And suddenly manger threatened me with a saying 'if you don't leave today, I will kick your ass from the 3rd floor'. So my family had to be kicked out from hotel without any refund of 2nights(260EUR)and appologize. Agoda also did nothing about this ridiculous situation even I explained all of this situation, but just sending a message with a basic cancellation policy."
