"This is our third time stay in C-hotels in Florence. Twice in Ambassador and once in Joy hotel around the corner! Don't know where to start or stop complimenting this hotel as we are just in love with staying here every time. Excellent staff, special mention to Matteo at the front desk as he was a legend this time round... location superb just across the train station and close to all amenities... Excellent Trattoria restuarant below next door which we ate at every day we were there!!! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Florence:-)"

"Very nice and beautiful hotel in the middle of the old town. If you want to do sightseeing by foot, no problem from this hotel. Rooms are beautiful, clean and quiet, although you are in the middle of Florence. Angel rooftop bar is also beautiful, especially the view, but prices in the bar are very expensive, like in other rooftop bars, too. The staff is very nice and helpful. We would always book Calimala hotel, when we come back to Florence one day. Thank you for the stay."

"this is the best hotel we have stayed for our Italy trip. I can say this hotel is really out of our expectations and the design is really trendy and unique. Also, the location of the hotel is superb,, close to the central station as well as those sightseeing spots. Its so nice to stay here with my boyfriend. Everything is great except there is no lift to reach to fifth and sixth Floor. Since our room is on 6/F, we have to carry our suitcases and climb the stairs which is a little bit tough...but this really doesn't matter, we will surely recommend to our friends of this nice hotel in Florence!
