The room and bathroom were in poor condition, the air conditioning unit Could not be run on a high due to a very high pitch noise coming from it. There were gaps at the top and bottom of the door. The bathroom was useable but no hot water in the shower. Overall it was a very poor experience, I would not pay 230$ for one night there ever again. Holiday or not..."

"This will be our #1 exclusive spot to stay in Galveston from this point forward. Everything was top notch. The entire staff was above & beyond friendly and accommodating from valet to front desk to poolside servers to housekeeping. The valet even remembered our names & greeted us each time we returned from the beach! The resort grounds were landscaped emaculately. The rooms were super clean & of good size. We took advantage of poolside chair massages which were amazing & so relaxing. The massage therapists were so charming & very knowledgeable & skilled in their trade. My husband got a haircut in the spa salon & was more impressed with the cut than his regular barber back home does. They have several dining choices for your taste & all are reasonably priced. I really can’t say enough about how happy we were with our stay and if you are considering San Luis I promise you will not be disappointed!!"
