"This hotel is.located close to the convention center and distilleries. Our room was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. There was a hair dryer in the room for me to use. Our room was on a steep hill but there is a pathway to an outdoor elevator that took us straight to the ground floor at street level, it was very convenient. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around without needing to drive anywhere. Texas Roadhouse is just across the street and there is a convenience store on the corner. Nice place to stay and the price was good. "

"The location is the best part about the hotel. It is a very short distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms were clean,. The hall smelled like smoke but the rooms were fine. He breakfast was very bare but there are some great breakfast locations nearby. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel in downtown Gatlinburg I recommend this hotel.
