"we chose this hotel hoping it would have all we wanted for our first weekend trip to houston...and it did! the hotel was in a great location....close to good restaurants, a block from the metro (perfect for heading to a sunday game at reliant stadium), near the highway, safe parking for my car (of course, it's valet only and expensive, but my car was safe and easy to access). as for the hotel and room, both wonderful. it's a very pretty hotel with a comfortable lobby where free tea, coffee and water are offered all day. i love the recycled water bottles and water taps on each floor. you can fill a bottle for your room or on the way out for the day. great idea! you can also access extra coffee, etc on each floor as well. the room was very cute, clean and the bathroom had the fancy marble counter-top touch. the rooms aren't big (if that matters to you), yet perfect size for the two of us and our luggage for the weekend. there was a nice flat-screen tv, comfortable bed, desk for our computers, and tucked away closet. the staff was nice and helpful at all hours, and the valet staff was incredibly nice and efficient. the only downside was the room service. it was fairly quick, but the order was incredibly expensive and all wrong. maybe it was just that day...but we also heard that in the hotel's restaurant, the wait was very long. all told, i would definitely go back and stay at club quarters! we really enjoyed ourselves there! and i will definitely recommend it to our friends! wonderful stay! "Overall I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was great, they even gave me a late checkout. My bed was comfortable and my room was clean. There is a good scene at the bar at night. The only disappointments were how small the pool is and that the options for room service were limited. I would stay here again and will on my next trip to Houston, and imwould definitely recommend this hotel!"

"I booked this hotel for our layover and it was conveniently located near the airport. Transfers are provided which is an advantage. Breakfast spread was simple but good enough and tasty as well. My booking was for 3 adults in a room with queen bed and a sofa bed. I asked for the sofa to be made into a bed and was told that it would incur extra charge since it is considered an extra bed. If an extra bed charge is applicable, that should have been stated in the description of the room. I was disappointed with this."
