Very spectacular hotel for travelers who are looking forward to stay in a luxury Hotel in Marrakesh with a reasonable value of money. We loved the staff because they were very helpful when we didn't like the first room when we checked in, they changed it right away when we requested. It has a very marvelous Islamic themed, the hotel garden is very very very nice. We enjoyed their breakfast is was fabulous and lots of variety of food, the view was amazing with the olives and fruits trees. I will definitely come visit again, and recommend it to other travelers.

We stayed for 6 nights in december ,recieved a warm welcome from the Staff ,we had to wait over 2 hours to get a room but the room was beautiful ,we had a double and it was perfect for us . 5 stars in Marrakech is nowhere near 5 stars in europe but it was a definite 4 stars and we were Happy with that . Staff were polite and friendly at all times . Perfect location if you want to be in the busy market Where all the action takes place ,once you are in the hotel you dont hear anything . The breakfast was included and that was my only negative as i expected more after reading the reviews .. i have never eaten so little in a hotel because the options were limited considering its a 5 star hotel... only scrambled eggs are in the buffet and they are so runny almost uncooked and taste weird ,i have Asked for fried eggs and they were half uncooked worse i had,NexT day i ordered a cheese omelette and that was so dissapointing tasteless and had no cheese on...

As seasoned travellers we’ve been to many hotels around the world, but there is something about Dar Les Cigognes (DLC) that sets it apart.... it’s people. The moment you walk in Hayat, the resident manager, greets you like an old friend welcoming you home. The rest of the staff will help you with everything and anything -they truly care that you have the perfect stay. DLC is a beautiful boutique hotel, the rooms are spacious and have that Moroccan flair of interior design. I highly suggest having dinner on the terrace overlooking the city it’s such a peaceful experience and a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The location of the riad is perfect - you can walk just about anywhere! The ladies that manage DLC put so much heart and warmth into this experience it will make you never want to leave. Thank you for making our first time in Marrakech a life-time of perfect memories.

Getting there is difficult (specially if it's the first time you are in Marrakech). It is two/three streets away from the main square. The street where it is located looks dirty and ugly but the hotel from the inside is really nice. It is a very good hide away from the craziness of the streets (very peaceful and quiet, with trees in the yard). Our room was nice, although the bathroom was not that nice (each time you flush the toilet, you can hear the water pipes) and the shower was very old and low water pressure. The breakfast was very good! I recommend to include it from the beginning in your reservation... It's worth it! In general, good place very near the main square and the souks with a friendly staff.

Hotel Rose Meryem surpassed our expectations. We wanted to live in a typical Moroccan Riad mostly to get a good contact with other guests and a host family. And we directly felt welcomed by the family. Zeyneb and Rabiya were there to welcome us and show us around. We got 2 rums on the first flor overlooking the patio. Breakfast was very good; especially the honey pancakes that Zeynebs mom Hatidja made. There was always someone at Riad, and we met the whole family. We will miss their hospitality and kindness. Oldest brother Simo helped us book the trip (2 days trip to Sahara and Atlas mountains is to recommend), showed us the old city and most importantly told us a lot about Moroccan history. Simo is very well connected and so fun to go out with. Don´t forget that Marrakech has such a great nightlife and Simo can recommend the best places (restaurants and clubs); and help you book tables. Riad was more like a big home then a hotel. The view from the terrace was wonderful; the rums were very cozy, always hot water in the shower, internet and big comfortable beds. Area is also very good; just near the royal palace, so there are guards in the street 24/7. Riad is located 10 min walk from the medinas Main Square and 10 min from the new city and the clubs. We will certainly be back here. Guys, than you for everything!

We were at Novotel for three nights. Our visit was made easy, relaxing and memorable because of our stay at Novotel Marrakech. Perfect location within 15 minutes you can be any where, like Airport, Menara Garden, Manera Mall, Katoubia Mosque and Jema ul Fana. Hop on Hop off bus stop was just outside the hotel. Staff was tooooooooooo good especially Mehdi, he made us feel at home. Marrakesh is lovely place and if you stay at Novotel Marrakesh you will always want to go back.

Very nice building, yet in need of some modernisation and renovation. Furniture gets old and shabby, but I’m sure 20 years ago it was a great hotel. Nothing provided, not even bottle of complimentary water, let alone tea or coffe or an electric kettle. One old towel for two people. Safe box not in working order ... but all that seems to be completely acceptable by local standards. Overall, better than anything else offered for similar price. Located in a quiet area, not easy to find, though and quit far away from Medina.

This is like an Oasis in Marrakech, got great air conditioning inside which is what u need in Marrakech in july!!! Loved the decor that gives you a Moroccan vibe as oppose to four seasons that was more modern, the room was nice, spacious and got a good ac going on. staff were nice, didn't enjoy the breakfast just because it was more of a local style than full english or american breakfast. the spa was nice, got 40%off if u understand a little french which was a good deal, dinner was ok. All in all it was a good stay in Marrakech

We have stayed there 4 nights. For the really fair and cheap price we payed we are happy with the hotel. The rooms are already a bit older but everything is clean. The cleaners are all very friendly to us and also the reception, they made our bookings for some trips we had and also reservations for the restaurants we have been. The bar is small but nice and we had even some live music there. The breakfast was good and in the price included. Only things negative was a not working credit card terminal on check-out so we had to pay cash (happened also in other hotels in morocco). Another thing but no really that bad was the breakfst wasn't really ready on the day we had a trip. Another morning they had some things missing when we came after 9 am. All in all it's a good hotel for a fair price and I really would recommend this hotel to others especially because of the central position in Marrakesh.

This was long overdue. We travelled to Marrakech in December last year, but even the short stay at La Terrasse de Oliviers has left an indelible mark! Renaud and his staff are wonderfully hospitable and will go that extra step to make you feel at home. Even the Riad is homely, and located close to all major sights. We wish we had stayed longer, but the next time we return, we're going to stay here again for sure!! Merci!

Staying at the Meridien N'Fis was an absolute delight for me and my entire family (3 adult children). Although there are many charming Riyads in Marrakech, the Meridien is ideal in terms of offering a resort-like atmosphere. The only minor negative point would be the difficulty in getting a "big" taxi outside the hotel. I can definitely recommend this hotel for business visitors or for families wishing to enjoy a pleasant stay in Marrakech

I spent a week as a solo female traveler and I would highly reccomend this place if you want to feel safe and still be close to where things are happening. The riad is very pretty and the rooms are comfortable. They clean your room everyday and breakfast is very good. They served a different kind of bread everyday. Although I would have prefered to have more healthy choices like eggs or fruits, I must say that the breakfast was really made with love and it was so tasty. The host Ayoub is amazing! He really made you feel at home and chose the perfect music to feel relaxed and happy, like I was at home. It was very cold in Marrakech and I really apprecciated the heater. The only thing I would improve is to make more use of the terrace upstairs. Because it wasn't in good fit and I would have loved to spend time there during sunny days. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I am sure that I will be back next time!

It was my 1st adventure in Marrakech (and it was an adventure!) and after getting a little assistance to finding Riad Dar El Souk (Google maps would have helped), I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my stay. It’s a bit off the beatin path, but so is the rest of Marrakech and that’s part of the charm. Very reasonably priced also. Abdul and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Assisting with absolutely any questions about the local sites and customs. The breakfast provided each day was just the right start to the day. I was so pleased that I extended my stay an extra day. They were very accommodating, even allowing for a late check-out since I was taking the night train to Tanger (it didn’t leave until 8:45pm) I highly recommend ‘Riad Dar El Souk’ to anyone who is looking for a high quality, local experience with great accommodations and service. Must see Marrakech!

Actually the hotel is nice, clean and well located with nice staff. BUT: The machine for the aircon must have been located on the roof right over our room 509. We were on the top floor and at first we were grateful for that because it was quite and no noise from outside... But in the night the loud throbbing humming sound from the roof went right to the bone and finding some sleep was a real challenge! Otherwise the hotel is good enough for a short stay in Marrakech.

Simple necessities not available ie an iron,no fridge in the room, no adaptors available so had to spend £6 to buy 2 from local shop so can charge mobiles daily.Not a great variety for breakfast either.Wifi dropped constantly and there was no remote to the TV ,bath was awful state,the phone to call reception did not work so due to all this we moved from 4th to 1st floor the 2nd day.The lights did not work so an electrician came rightaway he could not resolve this so we moved again to another room next door which had better wifi connection,a clean bath,a remote to the TV.The phone still did not work and main light did not work either.There was no Do not disturb or clean my room placards to put on door for cleaners to see.The gym had around 7 pieces of equipment and costs 50 dirhams per hour (just under £5) this was not advised at time of booking my partner was let down as works out daily as this should have been free of charge.The swimming pool water was freezing cold, so could not s

Nice boutique (small) hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Breakfasts (included) were excellent. Other food/ drink was limited and very expensive - I bought some water for my room from a nearby supermarket (they didn’t like that but were ok with it). The hotel is a little out of the way from the centre of town but there are plenty of taxis available outside. Would certainly consider/ recommend using again if looking for a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of town. A shuttle service into town would be something that guests would really value - Kech, please note.

Location is a good 15-min walking distance from Marrakech train station and 30-45mins to the medina. I took a cab for 20dhs to go to Djemma el fna as it was very humid. but enjoyed walking back to the hotel as there were a lot of things to see along the way. Nice pool, good breakfast. Room was ok, mine was facing the pool. bathroom ok too but no bidet. They have good pizza too!
