"When we arrived the staff were very nice. We then went to our “rooms” and it was fairly comfortable and clean however the bathroom had a pair of underpants left on the floor all day all the way until the next day. We only stayed one night, and when we checked out my friend accidentally left her kindle in the locker. We realised the kindle was left at the hotel when we reached the airport we tried to contact them and didn’t hear back till the next day in which they told us there was no Kindle. If the room was cleaned after we checked out the kindle should have been found by a staff member but the fact that it has now permanently gone missing obviously we are not happy about that. "

"Stayed here with my husband and 14 year old daughter for 4 nights. Really clean hotel and absolutely beautiful breakfast. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Very handy to Central Station and Milan Bus Tour. Once we done the bus tour it gave us an idea of exactly where to go and eat etc. which was all within walking distance. Whilst in Milan we took the train to Lake Como - This was just amazing and so beautiful. A must see! There was a fridge in the room which was handy however no tea and coffee facilities which would have been nice. I had asked for a room with balcony but unfortunately none available. It didnt spoil our stay though. If returning to Milan I would most certainly stay here again. "

"I came here for a congress. The place is located in a nice rural neighborhood. It is probably a 10 to 12 minute walk to get to the metro station. There are probably hotels that are located closer to the Milan centre so this location might not work well for everyone. I think the staff was pretty competent and bilingual. This is very important because it makes it easy to solve problems that might arise during the trip."

"First if all, this is a motel, not a hotel, as mentioned here. Secondly, this isn’t a 4* motel, it’s somewhere between 2-3*. The room was clean, the heating worked well, but there was only one little soap at the bathroom and 2 little shower gel packs. The breakfast was ok, but not amazing. "

"I stayed in a private room for 2 with my mother. It is located perfectly: 5 to 10 minutes walk from Milano Centrale - which can take you to different parts of Milan and the rest of Italy. There is a grocery story downstairs too. As for the room itself, it was clean and huge! The facilities and services of the hostel are to die for! Free food in the shared kitchen, free breakfast and dinner, free entertainment area, free welcome drinks on the bar to name a few. Not only that, the staffs are so friendly! I'll definitely comeback to this hostel when I return to Milan. This is surely recommended!"

"Our family visited Uptown Palace Hotel in Milan, Italy. We had a great experience! Our family of four stayed in a beautiful executive suite that had a view of the gorgeous Duomo Cathedral. Despite the construction cranes hard at work, we had a very beautiful view of the city in our corner position on the 11th floor of the hotel. The front desk staff, quickly explained how easy it was for us to park our rental car in a nearby car park and then walk to the City Centre. Very easy to do! All in all, the hotel was clean, modern and very comfortable. After a long day of touring, we retired to the hotel to enjoy dinner in the hotel restaurant which was delicious and presented in a very traditional Italian way. Due to this positive experience, we decided to enjoy the complementary breakfast the next morning. This meal was even better than dinner! Despite the dining chairs which need to be replaced, we found the atmosphere and staff to be very conducive to a relaxing vacation! We would recommend to a friend and will be back."

"Very nice and easy check in. Friendly young staff. Very convenient from mail railway station though it's not the best area in Milan. Still, it is easy to get around from here. Even the tram stop is in front of the hotel. The check out time is very generous compared to most hotels in Italy. Not a new hotel but still served us very well."
